Arcee for me. Just Arcee in general, but if I had to be specific, TFA version.

Summer of 2010 I worked at a camp and went by the name Arcee. I carried the TFA toy on my lanyard every day and the kids loved it. The played with her, puzzled over how to transform her and her existence let them know I was a TF fan myself, which helped some of them to open up quicker. Not to mention she lead to many a fun and geektastic conversation.

I had always liked Arcee, but that summer made me adore her. It spawned a cosplay several months later actually. haha. Too bad I didn't have it for camp, but kids I run into when dressed up love it xD I've had several come right up to me and ask for pictures (ie: the TF American Tour, at which I was the only dork dressed up and loved every moment of it xD NYCC had a few too). I think the best was when I'd walk into their line of sight and all of a sudden they'd yell "MOM! IT'S A TRANSFORMER!!" So loud, but so unbelievably awesome xD

(no, I'm not the one who has the full mask and yada yada, if you've seen her cosplay. Haha. I'm kind of a human hybrid of the TFA Arcee)

Personally I love Soundwave and Grimlock and here's why;

Soundwave: His voice and personality. It screamed futuristic alien robot. That is just basically it,I cannot express how much I love Soundwave.

Grimlock: Okay so I never grew up on the original series during the 80's(mostly because I never actually lived then)but I remember watching a re run somewhere while I was still young and nothing to me was cooler then a giant T-rex turning into a robot who was working for the good guys.

My favorite character is "Bob Marley". "Bob Marley" is the main character in Transformer.

I have a favorite in each continuity, but I've always been partial to the comics' Grimlock, G1 through Dreamwave. The main reason being is that he's a rebel, and not afraid to act it. I'm also not much for authority and and following like sheep. I like doing what makes me comfortable and feel good, and if it goes against others, who cares. Even if they're in position of power. (This is also probably the reason I work part time at Walmart instead of in management. I don't kiss ass.)

Soundwave has been my favourite from the start.

sorry, but it's kinda hard for me to pick out any one TF.

I have to say Galvatron followed up by Starscream.

I liked how Megs degenerated after his plasma bath.The seer brutishness he displayed when he would wreck both dicepticon and autobot on field because of his brutal rages.He even threatened Predaking of all TFS that he will show him no mercy(accompanied by a couple of punches to the chest no lees)!!!

And for poor old Starscream:His voice(All hail Chris) and for the fact that he was one of the most developed chars on the cartoon.He could be brilliant to coward and stupid all at once!

Sky-Byte and Waspinator.
I tend to like "pathetic" characters most for some reason. I guess they're easy to relate to and thus care about.

Unicron trilogy Starscream Because he's damn cool, all dinobots because I like dinosaurs, Jazz because he's **** cool.
