Hi!

I've been a long time visitor to this great site and I thought I'd share a few pics of my small but slowly growing collection of TF's, consisting of a few G1's, Universe Classics', Masterpieces, Movie figures and 3rd parties:

Nice collection man. I wish I had the willpower to keep so many of my figures MISB!

Thanks very much WolfDawg :)

Keep it in the box or not... it's a personal debate every time I get a new MISB figure. I tell myself "you might as well open them up - you know you're not going to sell them". But I always end up thinking that I'll get an out-of-the-box one from Ebay - then I have both :)
I have a few more pics of the TF's I got after the first "photo-session":

I always try to find a toystore when I'm travelling, and this week was no different - In Brussels, Belgium I found a great looking store and I got a good feeling. The feeling was right 'cause I found this guy sitting on the shelf costing 60 Euros:

This was just is quick snaphot because I was so happy to find him, I'll try and get a few better pics tomorrow.

In August I moved from Norway to Belgium and my former colleagues know of my interest for Transformers. Yesterday a package addressed to me shows up in the mail at my work. I open it up and find This guy inside:

They told me it is a late going away present - what a great bunch of guys :D

Got the KO Constructicon set just before Christmas, and yesterday the Crazy Devy sets arrived in the mail - finally the mighty Devastator will appear :D

Will post some more photos when the assembly is done.

Oversized KO Soundwave - a really cool figure but the plastic feels super fragile

Man, you've really been racking em up! Are these all internet purchases, or are you lucky enough to have a comic/hobby/toy shop near you?

Hi GetRightRobot, thanks for commenting.
The purchases are a bit of both, I have a few toy stores that are within10-15 minutes drive that I stop by once in a while, but most shops here have the same figures in stock so it is hard to find any real treasures. I guess 80% of them are Internett purchases.

Hi zombiethon,

Nice collection mate.

I bought that KO Devastator set to. Unfortunately my Mixmaster's arm broke off the second or third time I transformed him, so after that I lost confidence in the rest of the set. Although it wasn't a complete disaster in the end, I was able to use the box as a nice storage case for my original loose G1 Constructicons.

Have you experienced any such problems with yours?

Hey MightyMagnus, thanks for stopping by !
no I haven' had problems with my Mixmaster, but Hook sits very loosely in that thing that connects him to Long Haul. This also is very loose on Long Haul as well. Hopefully I can get a hold of the Crazy Devy chest/waist connection piece. The cheapo Devastator (the one on the lett in the pics) has much better fit.

Have a few new additions in the mail that I really look forward to, but the one that has me really exited now is the TFClub Hercules. I'm a huge Devastator fan and I've been following threads on this and other forums trying to get as much info as possible - yesterday I could not resist any longer and placed an order for Exgraver from RobotKingdom. It's expensive at US$ 77.90, but man I just got to have this set!

Did anyone else jump on this?

Nice additions man! Yea, I jumped on the Exgraver the first moment I could! I'm nervous about the 3rd party Devy though. He looks completed and that leads me to believe he will be sold as a set. Even though I believe he will be smaller, a lot can go wrong in the year it will take to complete the Hercules set.

Thanks for saying so! It's a little thing, but it's slowly evolving :)

A friend of mine recently moved to Tokyo for a 3-year period. He was in a toystore yesterday and found me a Masterpiece Megatron! Believe me when I say he's going to be my TF pimp in Japan .

Also had a productive day yesterday. Went on a road trip to Calais in France and found Cybertronian Bumblebee, Turbo Tracks, Generations Thrust and Special ops Jazz at TRU ...it was a good day :D

Nice haul! I feel you about the Japanese hookup, my Bro-in-law is going to be working in Hong Kong for about 2 weeks, I've already mapped out the city for stores with Transformers, new and vintage alike. Combined with the power of Facetime, He will be my personal shopper! Chinese Connection! BTW, that Tracks is one of my favorite figures from ALL of the classics lines, congrats, he is a winner!

Awesome collection..... getting bigger fast it looks like.

have you opened your Brawl by chance? If not I'm wondering what you do about batteries in the TF's? I've seen a post on the toy forums about someone who decided to take out there batteries in a TF and the acid leaked out and left a mess.

Hi Dirk, yeah I stepped up the pace a bit lately and my wife told me yesterday, with a grin on her face, that it was time that I got her something nice in return for her " slightly worn" tolerance :P

It's still unopened and I've had him for close to a year now...To clarify - did the acid leak because they opened the toy up, or because they had been left too long in the toy?

Yeah, my wife is the same way.

I'll see if I can go back and find it in the forums.
