The artwork will be drawn by DreamWave Productions. Check out the latest teaser pic (which was doubled in size for easier viewing) of the 2nd part of the gatefold Decepticon cover for the all-new Transformers #1.

Thanks to DreamWave and their relationship so far with Hasbro, the 2002 Transformers figures are "reported" to have a mini-comic with their packaging (much like the original and reissue Masters Of The Universe figures) and the larger figures will come packaged with trading cards, similar to that of the Japanese Transformers figures. Check out one of the DreamWave "Transformers:G1" covers here!!!

NEWS/RUMORS/PRODUCTS: According to Professor Smooth, Scourge comes out this month as a full size Ultra RID figure. As for the Spychanger version of Scourge, let's just say he fits nicely into most places Spychangers could fit. Most notably a certain window in a certain 2 foot tall city Transformer. Might Fortress Maximus (Brave Maximus in Car Robots) be released here in the states as early as April 2002?

For Transformers statue fans, rumor has it that Hard Hero plans bi-monthly busts of Ironhide, Soundwave, Hotrod, Starscream, Grimlock, Prowl, and Arcee (possibly a full figure).
