Entertainment News Site UnderGroundOnline have posted a review of the recently released Sony BMG Transformers The Movie 20th Anniversary DVD Special Edition DVD. They write:

It may have taken 20 years to get here, but the biggest cult movie of 1986 has finally been given the DVD treatment it deserves. For those of us who grew up watching Optimus Prime and the Autobots do battle with Megatron and the Decepticons, The Transformers: The Movie 20th Anniversary Special Edition has a lot more to it than meets the eye.

Earlier today I reported the folllowing:

"Our own Autobobby1 attended yesterday's Toys "R" Us Fan Event. Autobooby has reported that the Big Announcement at the event was that next year the Toys "R" Us Fan Event, Transfancon,will be an offical convention ahd will take place in the same area as the 2006 event."

However this is not the case. I have received an email from Junior who runs the event. He wrote that:

"There will not be a Transformers fan event or Transfancon convention in 2007. The news stated at the event was that I may consider bringing back the event as a convention in 2008, but there are no definitive plans."
