COMICS: According to www.americandreamcomics.com, the large 2002 Transformers figures that come with a "trading card" of sorts will be the new tech spec similar in format to that of the cards that come with Transformers figures made by Takara. The artwork will be drawn by DreamWave Productions. NEWS/RUMORS/PRODUCTS: According to Professor Smooth, Scourge comes out this month as a full size Ultra RID figure. As for the Spychanger version of Scourge, let's just say he fits nicely into most places Spychangers could fit. Most notably a certain window in a certain 2 foot tall city Transformer. Might Fortress Maximus (Brave Maximus in Car Robots) be released here in the states as early as April 2002?

For Transformers statue fans, rumor has it that Hard Hero plans bi-monthly busts of Ironhide, Soundwave, Hotrod, Starscream, Grimlock, Prowl, and Arcee (possibly a full figure).

NEWS/PRODUCTS: Botcon.com unveils a bunch of information about the upcoming Unicron product which turns out to be a 16"+ statue from Hard Hero. I'll admit ... I was kind of bummed that it's not an actual Transformers figure, but at the same time, we still get the first official Unicron product released to the public after 16 years since Unicron first graced the Transformers Universe.
