Transformers Galaxy Force Section Added To Gonzino Website

Gonzino.com, the sister site of Gonzo.com (the official site of the animation house behind Galaxy Force), has added a section dedicated to the latest transformers animation series, which can be viewed here. There's not much content right now, but sections of the site dedicated to other shows feature interesting stuff such as flash games and character profiles, so it could be one to watch!

Remy has posted the first screen captures of the new Galaxy Force animation. The series will debut in Japan this January and these captures are from the preview DVD given away free with TV Magazine. The captures include character profiles, transformation sequences and some little kiddies. Check them out here at TFKenKon

Takara to make a TF CGI movie?

Tfans pointed out a report by Fuyoh.net which mentions that Takara may be thinking of of creating a CGI Transformers movie.
Here is the snippet of the report focusing on Transformers:

Transformers fans will no doubt be heartened by the company’s strong focus on the line. This is hardly surprising since Transformers racked up 2,338 million yen in sales for the six months ending September 2004 making it Takara’s second-biggest hit in the Boys’ Toys Division after Duel Masters.

In one little-reported move, Takara is also working with Micott and Basara, Inc to produce a CG Transformers movie for Japan and abroad in 2006. This is apparently a separate project from the Dreamworks-helmed movie. However, I couldn’t find additional details on the web aside from the mention in Takara’s 2004 annual report and there’s no mention of it on Micott and Basara’s web site.
