Planet Iacon, the Singapore Transformers Fans Group on Facebook has posted a new image of the Year Of Dragon Ultimate Optimus Prime in robot mode.

This Asian Exclusive figure is the repaint version of Transformers DOTM Ultimate Optimus Prime, to commemorate the coming Year Of Dragon for Lunar Calendar.

Just in case you haven't heard Hasbro announced at NYCC earlier this year that 2012 would bring a new line known as "Movie Trilogy", and one of the figures that would be featured in that line would be the Deluxe DOTM Optimus Prime mold paired up the Chronicle Optimus Prime set's trailer. TFW2005's Soundwavedotm has shared some images of the set, which have been mirrored below. As you can see this version will feature some additional paint applications.

Universal Studios Hollywood has started to promote the spring opening of Transformers: The Ride. TFW2005 member firehawc_69 posted the table tent mirrored below that came from Mel's Dinner area of the park. According to the original poster the ride should be opening around May of next year. Transformers: The Ride recently debuted to much fanfare at Universal Studios Singapore.

Looking for some stocking stuffers or maybe just a treat for yourself? Some Target stores have started putting Transformers Dark of the Moon Deluxes on clearance. This particular store in Rosemont, IL has them marked at $8.38, prices may vary from store to store. Might be a good time to pick up some of those later wave repaints like Darksteel, Special Ratchet, and Cyberfire Bumblebee.
