The UK Five Faces Of Darkness and Rebirth DVDs (from Maverick) have been delayed. The current release date is next Monday in the UK (Nov 4th, 2002). Check with your local UK dealers for additional information.

"Beast Wars - Classic Episodes Vol 3" from ALLIANCE has been delayed to November 19th, one week prior to the 2nd G1 box set from RHINO. You can pre-order this product @ AMAZON.com. If you have been purchasing the American Beast Wars DVD series from Rhino - do not get confused! Alliance and Rhino have a different number of episodes on their DVDs.

The best episode of the Transformers: Armada series, titled "Jungle", gets the screen capture treatment later tonight. While there were a few corny elements and Sparkplug was called Leader-1 again (twice actually), it was most likely the best episode of the 6 shown to date. Starscream showed his true colors and even had a chance to pull out the ol´ Null Ray Cannons! Nice reference! Check back later this evening for screen captures of the latest episode of Transformers: Armada. In the meantime, make sure you check out the ARMADA section HERE.

Could the possible name for Transformers: Armada be TRANSFORMERS GX in Japan? Perhaps ... thanks to Kickback at transfandom.com we find a link to a Japanese web site that lists various anime shows and when they will debut. I think it says something about the debut of the show on "American Cartoon Network" HERE. "At American ... main broadcast of 8/30 & premiere broadcast November" No specific Japanese air date was given other than sometime in 2003 and that the air time will be at 6:00pm (18:00).

Scheduled to be released in the US on 23 September, it looks at the new Armada merchandise and cartoon show, at classic Transformers toys and figures, and at the new Transformers comics, as well as the older titles.

At 1:30 p.m., Transformers Armada ratings for men 18-34 (1.1) exploded by 450% while delivery (263,000) mushroomed by 541%. Boys 9-14 rating (2.1) increased 75% and delivery (204,000) grew by 94%.
