BOTCON CONVENTION UPDATE:
-------------------------
I've just finished sorting through and selecting thousands of our best items to bring to the Botcon Transformers Convention being held next weekend in Dallas Texas. (www.botcon.com) The majority of items we will be bringing down are not currently available on our website so there will be a TON of surprises from Diaclone & G1 items up through recent arrivals
with everything in between also represented. These are just a portion of
the items we will be listing on the next version of our website which is nearing completion and the new site be a huge improvement over our current site in nearly every way. (The new system will allow us to efficiently handle a huge number of new high volume items as well as low quantity older items, so you can look forward to an enormous expansion of our
selection- especially of older items currently sold out at retail and other internet stores. We can't wait to finish up the site and go live, stay tuned for that!)
If you've already scheduled a trip to the show we look forward to seeing you there, if you are still undecided I honestly think this is going to be a great show, the new organizers have a big and busy show scheduled and
there are sure to be a ton of people there. I was able to book a flight
just 3 days ago for only $165 roundtrip Dallas (DFW), so if the show sounds like fun, check for some cheap flights and register at the door when you get there. We'll have our banner flying above our 50 foot display of items, please be sure to stop by and take a look at the selection, it
will be the most impressive variety of items we've ever brought to the show.

Brian of
Master Collector has contacted us here at SEIBERTRON.com to confirm BotCon '05 will still go ahead as scheduled unaffected by the movement of the Hurricane Katrina refugees into Texas. He sent us this message:
Some people are worried that the hurricane
disaster on the Gulf Coast will have an effect on BotCon '05.
We want you to know that the Katrina refugees moving to a few Texas
cities will have no impact on BotCon. Texas is a LARGE state and even
if they moved half-a-million folks here, we really would not notice.
Our hearts and prayers go out to all of the displaced families.
So, no worries. We are still adding events to make this another
outstanding collector event. If you have any questions, please give us
a
call.
In addition, if you are bringing a contest entry to the show, please
email lisa@mastercollector.com so that we can make sure we have a space
for you.
Thanks for your support!
Brian
