s250, the source that basically needs no introduction, has revealed what he has found out to be characters in the upcoming Transformers Animated Season 3. Proven to be correct quite often, you should probably take this list pretty seriously. However, you should know, it is written cryptically, with clues.

***Possible Spoilers Below***

:
R*da***t,female medic
B***n,very G1,more bulk
B****o**,looks like a big beetle
C*******,big rabbit ears

Got your own theories on the 'translations' of these cryptic messages. Post them below and discuss with you fellow Seibertronians to see if you are in agreement.

Good job to our community, as more than one of these seem to be characters already theorized by you to be guests in the upcoming season.

Peceptor from Unicron.com is reporting that Transformers: Beast Wars Writers Bob Forward and Larry DiTillio will be making a return to the TF Universe by penning an episode of the TF Animated series.

According to the report, "independant and credible sources" revealed this information to Unicron.com along with some tidbits of information regarding the future of the Animated series.

This is far from an outlandish claim, but until confirmation on this information is received, it would be best to treat this as a rumor. Be forwarned, possible spoilers are in the report.

Starscream fans can rejoice, the Decepticon Aerospace Commander is finally getting his due by being named one of the 1980's top cartoon villains. Normally when any villainy is mentioned, only Megatron gets recognition as leader of the Decepticon forces while ol' Screamer must be content with being the whiney second in command. Not this time.

According to an Bspcn.Com article, Starscream is number 11 on the Top 16 80's Cartoon Villains
while Megatron landed the number 2 spot. Starscream was beat out by the likes of Zoltar from Battle of the Planets and Mummra from the hugely popular Thundercats cartoon series, while only one villain was thought to be greater than that of Megatron, Skelator from Masters of the Universe.

Marty Isenberg Talks Dinobots, And Other Animated Tidbits

In a recent Q And A at TFW2005, Marty Isenberg, Transformers Animated Story Editor who also shared some items at the HASBRO SDCC panel, also poured as much of his heart out as he thought he was allowed about a few different related hot ANIMATED topics.

Marty Isenberg-
"I'm still not entirely clear on what we can and cannot say about Season Three. So I will just say that we have not yet begun work on Season Four.

As for what MIGHT happen if there were to be, say, a THEORETICAL Season Three? Well, let's just say that many questions from Seasons One and Two would have to be answered, now wouldn't they?"

"A lot of ideas for this show start out with "wouldn't it be funny if..."

Q-
"What have been some things that you have found to be hard to cut out of a given story, Transformers or otherwise? Were there any concepts in a show you're worked on that you'd have liked to explore further? How is it decided what stays and what is cut?"

Marty Isenberg-
"There are a couple of funny trick-or-treat bits we had to cut from "Along Came a Spider" for time. "Velocity" lost a really nice scene where Sari distracts Bulkhead and allows Bumblebee to sneak out. "Megatron Rising" lost a significant scene, but not for time. The animation that came back from overseas was simply unusable. So I can reveal here for the first time that the Dinobots were SUPPOSED to join the battle in Part Two, only to have Megatron singlehandedly defeat them one-two-three -- basically to show what a badass Megatron is in his new body and how our heroes don't stand a chance. Ultimately the episode worked fine without that scene, and I suspect there would have been some disgruntled fans upset about how easily the Dinobots were taken down."
