A Dreamwave artist was interviewed at Canada´s "Transformerscon" yesterday. Among other interesting names that were brought up (Skyfire and Ravage), was another Simon Furman favorite. Since we´ve already got Scorponok, you´ve probably guessed that the other is Galvatron. The artist also stated that Energon Galvatron would look similar to his G1 Cartoon incarnation. Is all of this true? Or is it just preliminary information that can change at the drop of a hat? We´ll keep you posted.

As of next Monday, you´ll have to get your daily fix of your "favorite" robots in diguise somewhere other than Toonami. The show has been pulled from the weekday timeslot. However, the show will still air on Saturdays. For the next 2 weeks there are more of the reruns we´ve grown used to, but new episodes should begin in either late July or early August. And remember kids... He´s coming...

Originally, we´d heard that the special 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime figure would make it´s grand debut at OTFCC (Or "The Convention that REPLACED BotCon" to those who´ve been living in a hole for the last several months) by Hasbro. However, it now appears that the figure is SET to debut in Toyfare issue 75 in September. I say "set to debut" because Unicron was set to debut in Toyfare too, but certain internet sites stole it out from under them. This will likely happen again, so keep your eyes open.

TVShows On DVD.com reports that the release date for Season 3 Part 1 is September 9th. The retail price is $49.95 for the DVD boxset, or $19.95 for each DVD seperately (3 DVDs total). It would appear that Season 3 is split into 2 sets, as was Season 2."
