Snakas has updated his page with images of the Takara Booth from C3 2003 (Cultural Convention of Characters 2003) being held at Makuhari Messe Exhibition Hall in Chiba, Japan this weekend from August 23-24, 2003.

Images featured are the unveiling of the next Micromaster figure "Multi-Squandron Landcross" set to be released in December & sold at convenient stores much like the other Micromasters. Also displayed were Micron Densetsu figures set to be released in September, a Exhibition of a "Binal Tech" Smokescreen featuring the real Subaru WRC Impreza to accompany it, a Super Big Size Convoy which will be given to three people in a promotion in TV Magazine´s Strongest Union Campaign & the Maximum Scale Convoy which seems will be on the market soon for sales.

If you´re looking forward to hearing the old cast of the G1 Transformers series, you are going to need to make your voice heard! Corey Burton dropped an email to MukMouth that he has not been contacted by the producers and does not believe it is in their plans to track down the old cast. By now, I´m sure many of you have seen the upcoming Energon Starscream figure. Well, I´ve noticed that there´s a good chunk of you that believe that this piece is nothing more than a remolded Smokejumper (AKA G2 Darkwind, AKA BWII Starscream, AKA G2 ATB Starscream). This rumor is simply 100% false. While they do share the same transformation (which is a completely seperate complaint) the two figures do not share even one identical piece. Besides that, the Energon Starscream figure is much larger than Smokejumper (or whatever name you want to call it).
