3H Productions, Inc. today announced that as part of their celebration of the 20th anniversary of the TRANSFORMERS brand, four new comic book issues will be available for purchase at the Official Transformers Collectors’ Convention, July 31-Aug 1 in Rosemont, IL: the “director’s cut” edition of TRANSFORMERS: THE WRECKERS #2, a super sized 64-page volume featuring enhanced artwork and special bonus material not found in the original edition, and three all new adventures: TRANSFORMERS: THE WRECKERS #3, and TRANSFORMERS: UNIVERSE #2 and #3. The AllSpark has updated with some interesting news from the Dreamwave panel at OTFCC.



-War Within three takes place in a time when the autobots are winning the war and then megatron shows up and "blows it all up".
-Ultra magnus will be a big character in this War Within series.

-G1 ongoing #11 will feature all the fembots.

-GI Joe/Transformers takes place in the 80's in the same continuity of the first series, but with a new cast of characters.

According to Newsarama, the fans have voted and chosen Beast Wars to be the next miniseries done by Dreamwave. Beast Wars faced Robots in Disguise in a voting in the TF Summer Special to decide the next series. Dreamwave made this announcement at SDCC. You can see the original article here.
