Simon Furman has once again updated his blog, this time concerning Titan Uk's Transformers Magaine #9, which was released in the UK on Thursday the 28th of February 2008.

Beginning in Issue #9 is the new post Movie comic series, set in an alternative Universe where the Decepticons were victorious:
Forget happy endings, reality has splintered and a whole new world, one ruled by Megatron and the Decepticons, is the result. In Twilight’s Last Gleaming (part 1 of 5) the UK comic takes a bold new direction, forging its own distinct post movie continuity.

Things are looking bleak for planet Earth, with just handful of Autobots pitted against Megatron’s massed forces and the planet itself in a state of massive upheaval, being literally transformed by the power of the All Spark. Can the beleaguered resistance kick back? What Machiavellian machinations is Starscream hatching? Why is Mikaela Banes mankind’s last best hope (well, apart from the obvious)? And what is the fearful fate of Optimus Prime? The answers and more can found within!

The issue is written by Simon Furman, with Simon Williams on art duties. For now the Titan Uk Transformers Magazine is only available to UK residents, so you Disgruntled Brits can head out and buy it today!

Simon Furman has once again updated his blog, this time relating to Devastation #6.

Be warned this Blog update contains a large amount of spoilers, both known and unknown:

At last… Galvatron makes his presence well and truly felt in the ‘ongoing.’ Help for the beleaguered Decepticons comes from an unlikely direction as the Reapers threaten to end their (previously covert) occupation of Earth once and for all (which, ironically, would then spell the end for planet Earth). All I’ll say is, it ain’t pretty, and not everyone makes it out alive! Plus, the ‘head’ of the Machination is finally revealed (and if anyone hasn’t got that revelation already, go to the back of the class!).

Hunter/Sunstreaker ‘get it on’ (in a Headmasterly way), Hardhead faces a tough decision, Nightbeat gets a blast of deja vu and a certain Jhiaxus makes his full IDW debut! As some things wrap up (really wrap up!), other stuff (Dead Universe, Dinobots) comes barrelling to the forefront.

Furman has also posted an image of EJ Su's cover, and it too could be described as spoiler-ish.

Devastation #6 will be available in comic shops on Wednesday 27th of February in the USA, and a day later for most other markets. Story is by Simon Furman, with EJ Su on art duties.

Seibertron's own clrobe has found an interesting tidbit from "All Hail Megatron" author Shane McCarthy over on the IDW Publishing Boards concerning the upcoming "All Hail Megatron" series.

Be warned as there are some potential minor spoilers.

I thought I'd drop by and say hello. 'Focus On' is due to hit the shelves soon and it's great to see everyone getting excited about 'All Hail'. I'm a big TF fan myself and if you guys have half the fun reading it as I'm having writing it you won't have anything to worry about.

Anyway, I'm not one for spilling the beans completely (we buy comics for a reason, I like my surprises on the pages) but I wanted to at least drop a hint or two your way since being supporters of these boards should come with some perks right?

Hints:

1) Yes, it's 'in continuity'.
2) No, it's not a 'world without Autobots' (that was a misquote from a television interview I did)
3) F-15s? Hell yes.

So what does this mean for the current IDW Universe? Feel free to discuss your thoughts and theories in our IDW-Verse Thoughts and Theories thread.

You can check out Shane's original post by clicking here.
