Hey everyone!
I've added 2 new subsection homepages to the website. The first one I added was for the
SEIBERTRON.com Media Section which focuses on various media files available right here on SEIBERTRON.com or around the 'net (such as the fan-subbed Japanese videos).
The second subsection homepage is for an all-new section:
Transformers People. This new section replaces the old people section in the Vector Sigma Database. We're planning on revamping the content in the new People section to reflect all of the new people involved with the upcoming Transformers Movie. You can use the new People section to follow the latest Interviews or information about the people who make our hobby happen.
Plenty more changes are still coming down the pipes. Stay tuned for more fun and excitement!

The Movie Reporter has put up a
video interview with none other than Tom DeSanto, co-producer of next year's blockbuster movie of the Transformers.
IESB.net caught up with Tom DeSanto at the 32nd Annual Saturn Awards to support Ringers: Lord of the Fans. Amoungst other things, DeSanto was asked a few questions regarding the Transformers movie. You can view the
six minute clip on their website.
"We start shooting in three more weeks. So I think there is going to be a rapid fire announcement very rapidly coming your way. And there should be an announcement, I heard through the trades, that the announcement of Jon Voight being signed should be heading to the trades tomorrow"
"Don [Murphy]
was the new guy. But Don had the passion for the original voices. And he won me over! So I am supporting the original voice actors. You know, [Peter]
Cullen and [Frank]
Welker should be... They're the reason that people empathize with those characters. And you don't care about Megatron or Optimus Prime in alot of the other incarnations as much as you do as when those actors were voicing those parts"

The fan website of actress Megan Fox,
Megan Fox @ megansafox.com, has reported that earlier rumors of the actress landing a part in the new Transformers movie may have been confirmed. The fansite had the following to
report.
"It appears as though Megan will be playing the roll of "Mikaela" in the upcoming live action version of The Transformers which will begin filming next month and is scheduled to be released on July 4, 2007. The roll describes Megan's character "Mikaela" as "Sam's love interest". "Sam" is being played by Shia LaBeof who is described as the "teen hero" of the movie."
Don Murphy has cited the following reports on his
board.

Good news for Transformers fans in the United Kingdom. Transformers comic book writer Simon Furman will be making several appearances in the coming days. Here is a list of the appearances he gave to
Transformers @ The Moon:
"Just a quick round up of where and when I’ll be signing/appearing in the next month or so.
*I’ll be at Comic Connections, 4 Parsons Street, Banbury, UK (tel: 01295 268989) on Free Comic Book Day (May 6th), signing copies of IDW’s free TF sampler comic (featuring the first five pages of Stormbringer).
*The following Saturday (the 13th), I’ll be at the Comics Expo in Bristol, where—in addition to signing copies of the Draw The World Together cover variant edition of Infiltration #4 (at the Draw The World Together table) with Andrew Wildman—I’ll be fielding questions at a Q&A panel at 2.30 in Ramada Park Suite (also with Andrew). For more details go to http://www.comicexpo.net/home.html
*Then, on June 3, Andrew and I will be at Auto Assembly (http://www.autoassembly.org.uk/) in Birmingham, where we’ll be offering up exclusive AA (certificated, signed and numbered) copies of Infiltration #1 (Andrew’s original wraparound cover, the pencils of which form part of the certificate). There’ll only be 100 of these up for grabs, so get there early.
Look forward to seeing you at one (or more) of these events!
Simon Furman"
