If we get an actual G2 reissue, this would give credence for me holding out hope for the past 15 years for a G2 reissue of the G2 Stunticons and G2 Protectobots at some point. I was really disappointed that something hasn't been done for these yet.

Depends on your definition of "display the same way". I would never have cheap knock offs, or any knock offs for that matter, on display in my collection.

It seems to be G-2 galore for Takara Tomy. Because we are getting that for Devastor, and wonder if the same will be done for either the Encore Bruticus or his Generations version. Either way, I am glad that they are doing a metallic paint version of the SDCC set.

I am wondering the same thing. Because while I have been trying to figure out what I need to seek out for my collection, I have been reading why people buy KOs as temporary pieces... And others buy major third-party pieces. So what he means by that intrigues me as well.

Whoopidy-Doo... Took them long enough. Now give me a G2 Bruticus, and while you're at it, make Encore 20 B the orange versions of the Constructicons please.
