That actually looks way better and really cool! I am so getting this figure!

I'll admit, it looks a million times better in color. But unless I find a girlfriend who likes MM, I won't be getting one.

Still looks kinda silly.

I was unsure of how this would turn out, actually, but after seeing this colored pic, I'm practically sold on this. Now if we had a Donald Duck, I'd be sold on it regardless. But hey, gotta start with the Mouse who started it all. Here's hoping Donald is Next, or if not, then Big Bad Pete as Megatron. Makes sense to me, Pete is Mickey's adversary most often, and recognized as a leader of villains of a sort. His role in Kingdom Hearts 2 excluded. But honestly, next one done should be Megatron's counterpart. Be he Donald, or Pete. In fact, personality wise, I'm pretty sure Pete is a perfect match for Megs. If not, Starscream for sure, considering how incompetent and bumbling Pete is as well. We shall see soon enough. Hopefully we don't have to wait as long for the next one as we often have to for a new Masterpiece Figure.

Amazing. I hate this figure even more.

With those colors, you'd think the makers support names like 'Mouseimus Prime'.

The black and white one is probably for those who want a G1 Mickey feel with the figure.

But all jokes aside, I'm liking the figure more in color. If I ever saw one in stores, I may pick it up.

Just noticed something:
The bot-mode cab is not the same as the alt-mode cab.
Check out the windshield and the bumpers.

That means that the truck's cab and bumper are tucked away somewhere in bot mode.
I'll bet Mickey has one heck of a backpack.

I believe Disney has an in house policy that they offer merchandise for everything. Example - Mickey mouse furniture, clothes, collectables, food, videos, music, etc. Hello Kitty has the same policy. A lot of the idea for the merchandise comes from visitors.

I can see why a lot of you guys don't like this, but look at this way; Mickey Mouse is one of the most recognized characters in the world and he has now been transformer-ized. I just take it as a sign of TF's growing popularity, which in turn benefits us fans.

I can understand that you are feeling that things are becoming too commercialized, but offering a Mickey Mouse Transformer is not forcing anything onto anyone. It's no different than the Nike crossovers, Marvel crossovers, iPod crossovers, and Star Wars crossovers. It's going to be a limited thing. No one is forcing you to buy it. In fact, you will probably never see it other than pictures. It is only being sold in Japan and through online retailers; and it was reported today that the number being produced will be limited. Shipments will be shorthanded.

Also understand that TakaraTomy is offering these crossovers in order to gain money from a different market (adults). Japan is suffering from a childess age. Less kids are being born each year. Also, video games are eating into toy maker profits. TakaraTomy announced two years ago that they are marketing Transformers to adults. The crossovers is one more way that they filling that gap. Mickey Mouse is a huge icon in Japan, and not just for little kids. Girls and guys from 4 - 45 years old are into Mickey and Minnie. This particular toy will sell like hot cakes in Japan, mark my words.

As someone else mentioned - the fact that this toy crosses two gendres means that Transformers is becoming more popular. Popularity means more money, which means more toys that you want. Many of us won't bother buying this, but realize that this crossover is a good thing for us Transformers fans.

So this is Leader class, I take it? Based on shipping weight and SRP, though I haven't seen confirmation of its size anywhere.

Shame, if it was a Deluxe or maybe even Voyager I might've gotten it, but not paying Leader price for a novelty item.

Hasbro has officially sold out. I fear for what could be next.

It doesn't look bad it's kinda cute. This is kinda nice for us girls to get something for a change. While I'm not looking for a make me pretty Starscream, or a Date night Arcee or two pack Elita One with Optimus Prime wedding set. still looks great.

Somethinmg tells me I'll end up buying this for my wife at Botcon.

I went ahead and ordered it even though I'm not a huge Disney fan, I have a feeling it will be scarce like the Nike shoes were.

this is quite nice, thing i figured out the transformation... to bad the cabsection in euhrmm 'mouse' mode isnt the same as the actual truck cab....

has a nice soft almost kiddie look to it....

however living in this godversaken transformers devoid country probably means i'm never gonna see it in stores.... and buying online and having it shipped is gonna cost an arm and a leg so i'm never gonna have to worrie about buying it or not :p

For those of you not liking this figure just look at it this way: Until now the only thing Disney has been pushing down the publics throat is High School Musical and Hannah Montana. Given those options or Disney Crossovers, I say bring on the Crossovers!!!
I can't wait to see how they turn Pluto into something like Ravage or Steeljaw and I could totally see Donald getting the Bumblebee treatment.
