The exclusive figure that can be received by mailing in part of the Battlefield Bumblebee vs. Infiltration Soundwave box set is.... a black and red repaint of Revenge of the Fallen Deluxe Ravage! Courtesy of Ben Yee over at BWTF.com, we get a look at the entire package of the Global Alliance boxset. Take a look at the pictures below.

Unfortunately, all is not what it seems to be, as the Official Redemption Certificate needs to be filled out with 3 stickers, from 3 Global Alliance products. So purchasing the Battlefield Bumblebee vs. Infiltration Soundwave does not yield a free Red cat, but you do need it for the Redemption Certificate. Again looking at the fine print reveals that this promotion is only for American residents. Tough luck. You can check out the original link from BWTF.com here.

"Global Alliance" ... not available outside of the U.S. i'm betting.

ah well, it's great to see mail-in offers again!

So does it cost anything? Just three stickers?

That's pretty neat if so, but the figure itself looks underwhelming in my opinion.

Looks like a check for $4.95 is needed for S&H.

Hell, it'll be cheaper just to pick up one from the glut of Ravages out now (or better yet, wait for the price to come down next month) and break out the paint.

Kind of ironic that this "Global Alliance" exclusive figure is only available in the US. Whatever. I don't really care about a "Red Ravage". Now if this was a "Chocobo Yellow Ravage"... :-? nah, still wouldn't give a shit. Never even played a single Final Fantasy game.

On one hand, I can't deny the horrible irony of a "Global Alliance" fig only being available in the U.S.

On the other hand...take THAT, Japan! Maybe now you'll let us have Alternity figs!

Although this says 'US Only', it wouldn't surprise me if we got this offer in other territories as well. I remember in the G1 days when us Brits could get that Autobot Insignia wristwatch and the STARS set with our robot points, just as the Americans could.

I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see the international versions of this box (like the European one with seven languages on the back) to say 'Europe onl'y, or the Canadian version (do they have a bi-lingual box with French text on the back?) to say 'Canada only'.

Yeah, we've got international packaging on our figures. And hopefully that's the case. The chrome work on this Ravage is too lovely to pass up.

A reward for some brand loyalty, It's been far too long!!

I see they have asked people to define what sort of customer they are. If they get enough through hopefully we will see more of these offers

As I said above, just because the US packaging says it's a US-only offer, doesn't mean that the packaging in other regions won't have this offer. In fact, it makes sense: I assume the address you have to send the stickers to is a US one; I'd assume that the Canadian offer has a Canadian address and so forth.

Besides, even if it is a US exclusive, doesn't mean you won't be able to get it from a reputable online dealer. Indeed, here in the UK there have been many US-only exclusives in the past that I've been forced to import... indeed I am forced to import NEST Bludgeon, because Wave 6 of the ROTF Voyagers will not be coming to Britain AT ALL!

To be honest, I've no idea what Hasbro's plans for the UK are. We know from the October Q&A session that we're definitely not getiing wave 6 of the Voyagers, which is Bludgeon and Recon Ironhide. As far as I know, we're still to get the Skids/Mudflap ice cream van, basically because of the high demand in the US meaning that shipments meant for the UK were sent to the US instead!

I needed a Cannon Bumblebee and I like the Blue/Red Soundwave. For 5 bucks plus two more figures I was (probably) going to buy anyway, Ravage's a good deal.

Anyone know if this 2-pack is exclusive anywhere? I have a hard enough time finding open market ones in my area.

I wasn't planning on getting this 2-pack anyway. I never wanted Ravage in the first place. But Battlefield Bumblebee is sweet. My brother and I have a trade system for Transformers, so I'll probabably get Alliance Bumblebee and trade it for that new Cannon Bumblebee.

Or I could just buy the original and be done with it. Hmmm... :-?

No disrespect to anyone, but alot of people are complaining that this figure is only available to U.S. residents. What about the hundreds of figures that were only available to Japanese residents ???

However, I do sympathize with European collectors cause they are kind of stuck in the middle.
