This edition of Music Label Convoy is limited to 100 pieces, and is a collaboration between TakaraTomy and Exile, a Japanese pop band. He is priced at a whopping $339.99, and listed here:

Very small target market: transformers fans who happen to know who Exile is.

I usually like repaints, but this is worse than Kiss Players and I did'nt know you could make something worse than that.
This thing might be worth a lot in the future, but I could really care less about this figure.
