First Look at ROTF Alliance #4 Comic Prequel Cover

Thanks to Dr Lee and Shinobi Rendar for letting us know that the cover of the new Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen movie prequel comic is now online on the official Comic News International site.

On top of the returning cast from the first Transformers movie, the cover, by artist Josh Nizzi, also features the vehicle modes of the newest Autobots (with the exception of Jetfire, the SR-71 Blackbird) - they are: Sideswipe (the silver Corvette Centennial), Skids (Green Chevrolet Beat), Arcee (3x motorbikes), an unknown red Chevrolet Beat as well as what appears to be the purple Chevrolet Volt.

so, wait, the purple car is an autobot?
I thought it was being chased by the autobots in some of the scenes.

Nah, it wasn't been chased by them, it was just driving along with them.

Nice, I had a feeling the volt had to be a transformer, I mean a new concept car in transformers that isnt a robot?

I might just skip it and wait till the movie come out, If i Can make it that far.

By the way, the new guys are undersized, which means Ironhide might kick more ass this time, and my bet is that Ratchet doesn't fight this time.

Well, this Cover might inadvertantly tell us that the Ice Cream truck is a Decpticon. It may also reinforce the idea that Jetfire may start out as a decepticon then switch sides to the Autobot cause

This is only a prequel remember, and Jetfire, Icecream truck, and maybe some other autobots may come through out the film. This cover just gives us an idea who will be in it from the start of the film.

I am still quite curious about those 3 bikes...

Cool cover but i really don't like the idea of 3 bikes combining into a robot it's just too Armada-ish. I also think a robot should be one piece not break down in multiple small pieces, that's just ludicrous.

I am hoping the cars are:

Green = Brawn.
Red: = Cliffjumper.
Silver = Wheeljack
Purple = No Autobot should be purple, it's Decepticon colour! Make him blue and call him Bluestreak.

optimus standing on sand, hello 10 robot! kinda wanting him to sink.
but there is ratchet the only autobot i like, im am on the decepticons side and waiting for the decepticons reunion picture :mrgreen:

This cover is such a tease...vehicle modes are cool and all, but i wanna see the robot modes!

maybe we got our rumors crossed. Maybe Jetfire isnt a faction-switcher at all. Maybe its the volt.

It looks like the cycles wil be combining, the way their positioned inthis. Also, it looks like the riders are holograms, they're the same.

There are supposedly 10 robots a side in the sequel and there are 9 Autobots on the cover so Jetfire's defecting may make the 10th.
