Red leader of the TFW Boards has posted:
I recieved a phone call from one of my suppliers this afternoon with regard to the Transformers Animated line, many retailers have wave 4.5 on pre-order from Hasbro, this includes Swoop, Sentinel Prime etc, the bad news is that I recieved a warning that the line may be cancelled before wave 4.5 and not to offer pre-orders for the figures.
As yet there has been no official confirmation, or denial from Hasbro. If and When there is Seibertron.com will let you know.

What do you guys mean "no body watches it or the channel" I myself watch spongebob and fairly odd parents evry day aswell as squeezing some american chopper in (i love mikey)and Avatar but that is NOT the subjest.
On the matter, i recently said i did get two voyager figs from my local tesco for £9 each, this may mean they are feeling light hearted or they may be clearing. there no deluxe or any stars wars. they be extending the self barrier for Wall-E.
But dear god please dont cut us off! for once ive nearlly like the cybertron defence team, nearly got all the dinobots and yes! my very first dinobots of all. im enjoying the experience of having a grimlock, snarl and HOPEFULLY a Swoop.
I do hope this is a rumour or hasbro dose change its mind
"because what am i going to spend my money on"
might start buying Gobots or roadbots.
and i do want to start seeing soundwave on the shelves or in back at argos + swoop eventally, sentinal prime and blackarcnia which should be here?
but some good dose come out of this, i may be able to restart collecting my micron legends and galaxy force figs.
after all that i havnt place any emotions in, i feel empty.
I KNOW
ill add my best and most used emotion, i love, hes like richard hammond with his peraly whites.
Please hasbro dont give up on us, for the past 5 years there been no good toy lines, and when you finally get and make something good, you shun us away!
please seibertron find out!!

You finally get you arse to gether, to distribute ugly ass toys for a film that wasnt very good, then when they bring something transformery that is good, you decide to well and truly drop the ball again.
Im very close to giving up and just orderign the waves from BBTS, cuase this is rediculous.
You dont want my business, fine, I wont give it to you, there's more than one way to snag a tf.

Now, fifteen years later, the people in the UK have to pay the price for it. Ultimately, I don't know why Hasbro seems so intent on screwing over the fans across the pond, but they seem to have perfected the method for doing so.
Part of the solution, a UK fan needs to mail me a G1 Overlord, and perhaps the Overlord Syndrome will be cured.
...HEY! It was worth a shot!
I honestly wouldn't be worried until the UK is a few waves behind the US in terms of Animated.

I dont know which channel TFA is shown on in the UK but its not one of the main, freely available ones otherwise I would have seen it in the listings.
I have only just in the last week seen a TV advert for TFA and it features the Prime/Megatron + DVD box set which is how old?
Hasbro UK dropped the ball once again. They should all be fired and I will do their job. Honestly, how hard can it be?
1. Ensure a decent supply of figures comes into the UK
2. Make sure that GMTV, ITV or the BBC gets the cartoon, NOT CARTOON NETWORK or whoever and ensure it is aired straight away.
3. Make new or dub the American adverts well in advance of the UK launch.
Oh look. I just did their job for them.

The peg warmers in my area are SunStreaker and Prowl.
I've heard at least 2 parent/kid conversations where the parent was looking at Sunstreaker and the kid was like "No, mom, I want Bumblebee. I don't know who that is."

Then Cybertron shows up in Germany, well what the rest of Europe left that is.
Movie lines does well in the UK, Germany still has wave1, except TRU.
Now Germany gets TFa on the best children's channel, adverts for the toys on that channel regularly during the week, 2 adverts back to back before and after the top viewed weekend cartoons. And they seem to get shipped out in big cardboard shelves that don't fit into the usual toy store corner. The shelves are almost empty every time I go to a store! And the very same line just seems to die out in the UK
Seriously, that is fu**ed up!

While he was looking at which figure to get, the mom looked at the Animated figures and was like "What the hell is this?! These don't look good at all. I don't like these. They don't look like THESE Transformers."

At the end, he chose Tankor/Octane. Pretty big decision.

Classics/Universe = Awesome
Animated = Big chinned Pez dispensors
DM'S opinion on classics/Universe = Does not compute

I crashed Computron? Good I always thought he was a stupid concept anyway, the only thing that makes me not hate him is the fact that Grimlock made him.
Oh Electron, if you ever post a comment about me like that again......
