Japanese Origins

The
Japanese names of the Transformers: Armada toys have
been revealed, here.
You need to use Babbelfish
to translate it. Red Alert becomes ´Ratchet´ while Hot
Shot becomes ´Hot Rod´, etc. Also note there are some ´special´ repaints meant only for the Japanese market. The product codes are also named with the prefixes ´MC´ for the Autbots and ´MD´ for the Decepticons, presumably ´Micron Cybertron´ and ´Micron Destrons´.
