It's the mascot for some ice cream/fruit bar company. You know like Dino from the flinstones for that push up bar. The ice cream bar is pretty good, but every time I had it, I was always ****faced in tokyo, awake due to around +12 hours worth of jet lag. I would have rather had that ultra spicy nacho chick that's somehow always showing her panties or that tentacle grape girl, complete with tentacle action and shocked face expression ("YA!" sound chip included), pretty sure it would be an easier sale.
