More Pictures of Universe Special Edition Drag Strip

This is probably the only special edition I will buy. The others are just not as interesting. Well... maybe Megatron.

Made out of Universe Sideswipe, that would probably sell like hotcakes. And the more I see of Drag Strip and Overkill, the more I want them!

Eh, still like the Fracture repaint more. That screaming purple head just isn't my cup of tea.

Same here. The yellow paint job is nice, and would look like nice next to Mirage and Fracture. But that purple head just ruins it.

Ultra Storm Cloud has the same problem: I LOVE the purple/black paint job, but his yellow face mask looks like a bird's beak, and it just ruins the alt mode for me.

It'd be nice to get all the Stunticons eventually in Classics/Henkei but Mirage into Drag Strip is the only one that doesn't feel like a major stretch to me. Rodimus to Wildrider? Maybe if they'd taken off the spoiler and changed the flames. Sunstreaker to Breakdown? Neither mode looks right. And...who to Dead End? Prowl? And no one could be Motormaster as Optimus would just look like Nemesis Prime.

Very nice, this will probably be the only one that i will buy from the Hasbro Special Edition, it's very bouring i could not arrange Henkei Wildrider too.

The only thing that worries me is the continually declining QC issues Hasbro is experiencing. Hopefully the higher standards in Asia, coupled with the larger price point is enough to put in the extra effort of crisp paint apps and tight joints.

His head is purple for a reason.

I'm really excited about this one. Not only is it a great mold, but a great paint scheme as well, a near-perfect homage, and another 'Con. If there is any must-own from the Special Edition line thus far, it's this one.

And yeah, getting Henkei Wildrider would've been nice,
but I agree, he was just enough off with the changes that weren't made,
that I'm okay with not spending $150 to have him.

I could see the Sunstreaker and Prowl molds being used for other Stunticons, but they'd HAVE to have new heads.
To me, that and different paint schemes can make all of the difference.

Hey, I just checked my HTS order for this fig.,
and it says that it was suppose to ship TODAY.

Was this a typo, or is there a chance that this is legit,
and it's gonna ship tomorrow (or soon)????

Everything that hasn't shipped says shipping today on their website. Tomorrow and even next week it will still say shipping today. It shouldn't be here till mid decemberish. I think when I ordered it said shipping in 53-55 days.

That's at least 2 Stunticons now. Sadly, no chance for a combiner ability.

This looks really good, because of the fancy packaging I guess this won't be too cheap.

Drag strip was always my favorite stunticon.

I actually really like the purple head on him.
He's a must-buy to go with my Wildrider
