Yay. More Cybertron and Energon repaint filler. Woot. :roll: :wink:

I'm guessing Leo Prime is a repaint of Leo/Nemesis Breaker. That's great, I'm a huge fan of the mold.

No clue as to what Overload could be, though. Does anyone know?

I'm hopong for Leo Prime to be more like Razorclaw but I'm not holding my breath. As for Overload, he was originally made as a Ultra Magnus update (see: Energon) so I'm figuring that they'll make him blue and white again.

An Energon repaint? Really? Wow, that's the first in the Universe 2.0 line. Ultra Magnus is nice too, but but what's the point if he can't Voltron with another repainted Energon mold (of which there are none)?

I picked up Armada Prime too late to get Overload, and then never found Energon Ultra Magnus, so assuming he's not a Decepticon repaint, or a different mold altogether, this is good news for me!

If Leo Prime is a repaint of Leobreaker then it's good news as it's at least $50 for him on ebay at the moment.

Does seem strange that they don't just release Beast Wars Lio Convoy though - why release a homage to a figure that was never released in the US!? (I know they've already done it with the legends class but still.)

Still hoping for a Razorclaw!

BBTS has also just sent out a newsletter. There's additional pre-orders for Wreck-Gar, "Atomic" Lugnut, Waspinator, Samurai Prowl, Legends Cosmos, Wheelie, Rodimus, and Warpath. I'm very interested to see these.

I'm very excited about the minibot Legends.

...but I'm a bit scared of Lio Convoy's treatment. Leobreaker was a fine mold, but his head sculpt was terrible. Seriously... fangs and a ponytail?

Do whatever you want to Optimus, but I refuse to accept Lio Convoy with a ponytail!

As to Leo Prime, is there any reason it couldn't be a US release of Lio Convoy? He'd be about Voyager size, right? Don't get me wrong, I'd bet it's a repaint of Leobreaker, just like the Legends toy, but you never know...

WreckGar as a Voyager, hmm... Interesting. I figured he'd be a deluxe. Unless he shows up in the show again, which would be slightly annoying yet entertaining, in true Junkion fashion.

Hasbro should save their reserves and make NEW figures the fans actually want, like Animated Omega Supreme. Oh well, maybe down the road.
The one that caught my attention was Samurai Prowl. Looking forward to the armored goodness. Also Leo Prime. I'm not a fan of Universe, but I'm actually looking forward to this one.
And WrekGar as a voyager seems a bit much. He'll probably be OP sized, since they're almost the same size in the show. I just don't like the character (too bad we couldn't get John Cleese again).

Could "Leo Prime" be that Japanese one, Lio Convoy? - he was reissued in the Robotmasters line.

I really hope it's that mold, I've been wanting him(well, his black repaint actually)

I don't remember hearing about a legends Rodimus before. I hope we get some pics of all this new stuff soon.

With the name Motormaster not being available for trademark by Hasbro anymore (for whatever reasons) and they putting out Drag Strip in a couple months, could it be that this Overload is supposed to be the new Motormaster, like this here: http://autobotcity.deviantart.com/art/A ... t-11885801

I think Leo Prime actually is the original Leo Convoy toy, rmember last year, BotCon 07? they had one on display during the tour, it could be that it was a test shot from Beast Wars but never decided to mass produce him, or it was a bit of a hint to what they would release later on, without telling us directly.

despite what overload is repainted as, i can assume it won't be the blue and white magnus repaint, it'll end up most likely just like the original armada overload, like what they did with universe unicron
