More Transformers Prime Deluxe Megatron Images

LOL he looks like a tank driver sticking his head out in vehicle mode. Really nice fig though, but i wish his cannon was bigger and less cartoony, but i'm sure we can sort that out...

He looks outstanding .. this might be one of my favorite Megatron toys to date...

Am I the only one who thinks his jet mode is a slight homage to Jhiaxus? At least that's how it looks from the front.

Or have the designers already shed light on that?

This is the reason I'm getting the Entertainment Pack.

Makes me wonder how good a Voyager version would be.

I wish too that his cannon was much larger. I hate how only his chest has the most chrome and where his head is in alt mode is a bit lame. I would have to don him with another name and make him like a bodyguard to another Megatron and this will remain in robot mode...'nuff said!

the headface still screams BW Dinobot, but it looks decent enough. I still need to see how much the pack will cost me, but the Optimus is ok, and I kinda want the kids, so for the right price, this will be mine.

Annnd that is why they aren't showing us a Voyager version. They know a set seller when they see it.

Looks cool, but Deluxe class Megatrons are usually disappointing. I'll probably wait for the Voyager or Leader version.

He looks cool I have only 1 gripe his head is visible in vehicle mode if it was on the botttom of the jet i wouldn't mind but its on the top i'm still getting it

Looks pretty nice, but I'll definitely be waiting for a Voyager.

What about it? It's got a Voyager class Megatron. And when you look at the Movie line as a whole (which I think you should), we've had multiple Voyager-class Megatrons, and a Leader class one.

Remember the last toyline based on a TF cartoon series - Animated? The first wave of Animated figures contained a "preview" 2-pack with Deluxe versions of Optimus and Megatron, just like Prime, but they still made a Voyager and Leader class, plus an awesome repaint of the Leader mold.

You fellas have absolutely NO IDEA how much I want a Voyager class version of Megatron. Even as a Deluxe, Prime Megatron is just complete sexiness!

If you look a few posts down on their facebook, you can see the prototype of X-TRANSBOTS X-3 The Tyrant of Darkness (Galvatron) in alt mode. What class do you think it's in?

As expected.

Awesome robot mode, but the vehicle mode is a big pile of nothing with a peek-a-boo head driving himself.

I do hope the voyager will be better.

The poses for this figure looks endless. Thanks for sharing more awesome images. Definitely a buy for me as I'm a big Megatron fan. Make no mistake, Hasbro will release a voyager version. Until they do, I will enjoy this one. IMHO I think they nailed it for a deluxe. Fans may think the gun is too small and his head is showing in alt mode but out of all the TFPrime deluxes, Megatron appears to be the most accurate to the TV series. I just wish Hasbro had put more effort in to deluxe Optimus. Fake windows over the real ones? C'MON Hasbro!

i think we can all agree.....a little less cartoony. a bigger gun. and a voyager class. he looks good tho. but not going to replace my classics megatron

I've not had time to ''get into'' the prime show yet, and even tho it looks a lil cartoony like animated I still like his overall look.

His face reminds me of ROTF megatrons and the alt form of 06 megatron.

yeah what happened to animated.............it was cancelled here because lack of sales compared to the movie line.

that is what i hope doesnt happen to transformers prime. cause you know DOTM still has another year in its toyline

better than movie megatron but worse than animated & WFC. Robot mode wouldnt be bad if the gun was bigger and he looked more like megatron instead of something from a really old anime cartoon and the alt mode just needs to take care of the exposed head. Transformation & detail look pretty good for a deluxe but not worth picking up just for that. Prime line is looking pretty disappointing so far.

It looks really good for a deluxe! I hope we get a leader though. I also like the design of this Megs, it's like a mix between 07' Movie Megs and WFC Megs, two of my other favorite designs.

If you do a compare to Animated and Prime, I enjoyed the "Battle begins" deluxe Megatron over the Voyager Megatron. That the voyager's gun was TOO big and kind of pulls him in a slight angle to his right. But the alt mode for both voyager and deluxe were kind of junk to me as in the beginning of the show and he goes to alt mode the 1 time, his gun is under neath him, not the top cockpit. So, I'm not just gonna hold my breath on a voyager Prime version until I see some pictures of how it would look in all. If it sucks, I may just go deluxe size. Prime's deluxe mode does look more fierce than WFC and the alt mode does look similar-ish to movie1. But in all, this figure looks killer!

Pretty sweet, but I defintiely think WFC Megatron looks better in both modes. Glad that is the case, coz I'd hate to have to choose which definitive Megatron to have in my collection.

I'm not a fan of Prime, at all. But just going by the look of the toy, this sucks. Bot mode is nice, not great but nice, but that alt mode is just terrible, wait, not terrible, Horrible.

I'd even go so far as to call that alt mode Craptastic...LOL.

I think it's one of the best, Megatrons seems to get a little batter and better

I mean... uh.. hey.. how dare you say that...

I haven't been a fan of any of the Megatron molds for a long time(except DOTM cloaked Megs) and this offering doesn't do it for me either. The alt modes are always nonsense.

Starscream is the better figure in my opinion.

Nice, but I hope the Voyager has a better looking alt-mode.

Can't tell if a great figure...

Or I just love the show so much I love the toy....
