Have you not had your fill of Movie figures? Curious about those rumors of a "Trilogy" follow-up toy line? Perhaps we have our first glimpse of just that. Transformers Facebook page has been updated with what they call Transformers Trilogy Deluxe Optimus Prime with trailer. Is this something we are going to see at Toy Fair? I like this trailer over the previous Ultimate Optimus version but until I see the robot mode I'm likely going to pass.

vehicle mode looks pretty good. Bring on Robot mode !! also, I'm wondering if the trailer transforms into something like a base or wings.

At first glance i thought it was the same truck but i checked it against my UOP and while similar looking there very different so its not the same robot transformation.

It's the Wal-Mart exclusive deluxe Prime with the trailer from the Chonicles set. The only difference between the two is that this one will be available commercially instead of being an online exclusive with a G1 Prime.

Yeah, I already have this as well. I like the look in vehicle mode, looks sharp. However, the trailer is a little larger than it should be, so it's out of scale with the truck. It fits perfectly with TFP Deluxe Prime, though. Now I wonder if it fits with RTS G2 Prime...

Seeing as how I finally broke down and got the Wal-Mart deluxe Prime I guess it's time to dig out my spare G1 Prime trailers and see what kind of mods I'll have to do to make them work together. If all they are going to give us is an empty plastic box with wheels to fit on the back of a $10.00 figure and soak us 25 - 30 dollars (minimum) for it then Hasbro can kiss my shiny, metal ass.

Deluxe Soundwave was already released under Wave 6 of the regular DOTM deluxe line, along with deluxe Que.
Here are the figures planned for the Trilogy line:

I think the real "news" here, is that the line is still alive. It has not been cut from the schedule (yet) and movie fans have some real confirmation that more movie toys are coming.

I haven't seen soundwave at all or anything different for a long time, just the same old stuff on the pegs. Im still going to hold out hope for the other stuff I mentioned and the wheeljack with the G1 head sounds great because I hated the regular one.
