A while back it was speculated that there was a possible lucky draw figure in the Transformers movie line. A voyager Optimus Prime figure with primarily gold plating had appeared on eBay, but no definative proof was given that it was a Lucky Draw. Moonbug of TF@ the Moon has done some research in the matter and believes the figure to be an official TakaraTomy release, but possibly a prototype of it. A gallery of the figure has been posted by our friends at TF @ the Moon.

Looks cool but why not gold plate the whole thing? The greys make it look half assed.

:shock: when i read the title, i kinda expected it to be gold all the way like the Golden G1 Prime. the way prime was colored here looks very weird. doesn't get my vote. :roll:

They should have made a Gold Plated Leader Prime. With Jet Black chrome instead of that cheap gray-ish color.
Either jet black, or silver.
