Amazon.co.jp. has updated their pre-orders for the upcoming RoboQ Optimus Prime and Bumblebee toys. Each are listed at the price of 4,200 Yen (around $40) and may be seen by clicking here for Optimus Prime, and here for Bumblebee.

What are they? I see they have remote controls, but do they walk or roll on wheels or transform or what? And why are they shaped like that?

It depends on what they do. If they can transform under their own power, for example, I dub them officially awesome. Otherwise, they're just kinda meh.

Those generic robot designs are way cooler than these TF abominations.
