There is also a really nice Simba Dicky boxed set of RID cars too that has a Black Bumblebee and a White Sideswipe in it and what looks like a very slightly different Optimus it also contains Steeljaw but I didn't spot any colour difference - someone who has bought it could tell you more - they also had Simba Dicky RID Prime with a G1 like Trailer too.

They had all four, but the only one that looked decent in weapon mode was Dragonus. The rest were pretty boring looking.
They also had Voyager Astrotrain and Alpha Trion, but I passed on them in lieu of their Takara counterparts. (I also have rain checks for $20.00 Voyagers at TRU, so there's no way I'm paying full pop. ha ha)

Walmart has a 90 day return policy. So you can buy them at Walmart and when they finally get released at TRU, buy them there and return them to walmart to get your money back.

I was thinking of doing the ol' switcheroo but I'm just too busy this week to bother with it. I also know that if I wait the 90 days I'll forget. ha ha.
Once TFcon is done and over with I'll pick them up.
Oh, found Astrotrain and Trion at the Trafalgar Walmart in Oakville Ontario, and the Weaponizers at the Brant Walmart in Burlington Ontario.

It's useful to know things like if it's more or less floppy than the previous one if the colours work better or worse ; If it suffers from any flaws, miss-assembly issues or mould degredation, - if you don't have that mould yet - it might help you decide on which colour to pick or if the accessories are something that is suitable for duel wielding or juggling with the prior mould release. Those are just some of the reasons to watch a repaint review I can think of.

Seems a bit of an odd role for her considering she's all but a cowboy-type character in the show. But hey, that sort of stuff breeds comedy.

So yesterday I got RiD Ratchet and Bisk with high hopes. and those hopes were not dashed in the slightest. Both are excellent figures, and here is why.
Bisk: this guy oozes character. the whole figure is very unique, with half the car forming monstrous arms and claws. And the funny thing is: no kibble! He has absolutely no kibble anywhere! he is tight yet bulked out. His claws are massive and wholly his alone. the little guns are almost unnecessary. and his face is a great match for the show and again, utterly unique. His transformation is fun, and his car mode is slick and stylized and really cool. He is another great Decepticon in the line!
Ratchet: now, this mold does suffer a bit from the whole shoulder part that limits movement, but it is very much made up for in the look and aesthetic of the guy. He looks like the show, yet looks like MTMTE Ratchet as well after his return from looking for Drift. He has big beefy legs and the dual pistols are awesome. His back kibble, I've found and like this way, can come together at a point on his back, so he has no wings and it looks like his medical "backpack" like in Prime. There is enough red and black to make the smaller number of paint apps not really an issue. The transformation is fun and differs a bit from Strongarm. And then his alt mode is massive! He is wider tha the CW guys I just bought and taller and longer! The alt mode is big!
I would recommend both figures. They are both well worth picking up as they are fun, cool looking, and both pack an interesting flavor that will leave anyone enjoying the dessert bar.

Thanks man! I'll probably grab both if I ever see them. I definitely need a Ratchet for my Lost Lighters. The lack of paint might be easily remedied because I've been going to town with the cheap paint markers I picked up from walmart recently. Very effective so far.

I don't think you'll be disappointed in any way. They are both awesome, and some very light touch-up work will do wonders for Ratchet

Despite my personal enjoyment of Overload, I'll admit that he and the first two Deployed molds kinda aren't all that great. However, I think Crazybolt is a fun, well executed toy that represents the character quite well.
In other words, Crazybolt is a good Transformer toy. Discuss or something.

I hope that price at Entertainment Earth comes down. I already have Overload and that listing has the 2 of them together for $80. He is a figure I really want but can't find and refuse to spend ebay prices for

The listing has 4 toys for $80, just read the description. This is just a lising of the case and not reall intended for regular customers like you or I. I will make a news post now.
Also, I wholeheartedly agree with Scotty, its a fun toy and as good as that deployer group can get. Nice transformation too.

I hope Crazybolt makes his way to regular retail then. I think the Walmarts are finally tiring of the Drifts and Overloads they were filled with

1x TRA RID MINICON DEPLOYER OVERLOAD
1x TRA RID MINICON DEPLOYER AUTOBOT DRIFT
2x TRA RID MINICON CRAZYBOLT W HAMMER
Entertainment Earth, who has these listings, also shows the contents for the 9th wave of the Hyper Change Class, which includes the 3-step Bisk figure, who, like Crazybolt, isn't shortpacked.
1x TRA RID HYPER CHANGE BUMBLEBEE
2x TRA RID HYPER CHANGE BISK

Had you'd seen Crazybolt at retail before seeing this reminder, your finding him at retail would have instead reminded you of him first, yes?
And with his being at retail when you'd have found him, that would mean he would have made it to retail quicker and faster than he so far has, right?
Therefore, had come to retail for you to find him there before now... that would have been an...

Check out Starscream. Is he a retool of Legions Windblade? His forearms/hands and thighs are the same as hers, so they're parts sharing. Looks like the transformation might be real similar/the same.

I'm comparing images and only the arms and upper legs are the same. Everything else is new, but the transformation looks the same, just like the Warrior Class.
Ugh, we need a new definition of "Retool" and "Reshell", first Titans Return and now RiD 2015!

If they share some parts AND engineering, then it's a retool in my book. Much like the hotly debated TR Scourge and Highbrow.

Nothing necessarily; this is just something RiD does a lot more than Generations - insert previous wave figures into new waves. For instance, the recent Ratchet/Bisk/Scatterspike Warrior wave had previous-wave figures Windblade and Scorponok. It's also why you keep seeing Bumblebees and Optimus Primes among the newer waves.

I wasn't especially impressed with it then either.
At least the legions (mostly) interacted with the other toys - Megatron, Starscream etc don't do anything really - the closest to any form of interaction they have is being able to share 5mm weapons.

Wait, didn't he did get imprisoned or not? I don't know. All I do know for sure that Starscream isn't killed, as he was saved by Optimus himself, as Starscream is too famous and popular to be killed, and if he did, the entire show would be over for good. Thankfully, it didn't. Hasbro, you're getting there, finally. Keep it up, guys. Don't ever give up!
I mean, they killed off Megatron. Didn't stop the show from continuing... or Megatron from coming back.
