Remember those Robots in Disguise Titan Changers? They had been found in Australia a little while back and we had gotten some in hand photos. These were in the same line as the non Transforming Titan figures, but unlike those they Transformed (think of it as today's Action Master Elites)
While we were eventually going to get them in North America, there was no news since...until today. The two Titan Changer figures Bumblebee and Optimus are now available at Amazon.com along with other new listings of items not found in the US before:
Titan Changers Bumblebee for 16.99$
Titan Changers Optimus for 16.99$
Robots in Disguise Legion Alpine Sideswipe as an add-on item for 5.99$
3-Step Night Ops Bumblebee for 19.99$
Combiner Wars Leader Starscream from a third party for 54.99$(basically the MSRP plus cost of Priority Mail shipping)
All of these are eligible for free shipping depending on certain conditions.

Yeah thats a great deal. It being the hasbro asia release (and the latest Hasbro release), its the lowest price you will find. The one at toysrus locally was 125 back in the day, I believe. In the end 160$ is a good deal for MP 10.
But as indicated above, you can get the takara one with painted inner trailer (Hasbro's is just unpainted grey plastic) for 134$ US so thats a better deal:
http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=TOY-RBT-1535&page=top%2Fsearch%2Flist%3Fs_keywords%3Doptimus%24pagemax%3D40%24getcnt%3D0%24pagecnt%3D1
The shipping would be anywhere between 30 and 40$ so he would come out to about the same price depending on the shipping you pay at BBTS.

Thanks! BBTS shipping is $6.50, so it's about $167 all in. AmiAmi indicated MP-10 will ship at about 3kg. According to their website, that's about $45, so about $180 all in.

Great! So that makes him your cheapest option then. And BBTS shipping prices are good.. for domestic shipping. Internationally, it is the same from them as from Japan.
And Hellscream, congrats on your incoming Takara exclusive

The even more congrats! I am sure it will all turn out ok. Keep an eye out on amazon in the future, so far that has been the place with the best deal on Takara figures after they are out, like with this guy here: http://www.amazon.com/Takara-Tomy-Transformers-TAV09-Swoop/dp/B00SKKRRKI/ref=sr_1_18?tag=seibertron07-20&ie=UTF8&qid=1441247076&sr=8-18&keywords=takara+tav

Or even better, this guy which is just begging to be bought by anyone who cares: http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00DQ1AJRY/ref=sr_1_1_olp?tag=seibertron07-20&s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1441247295&sr=1-1&keywords=transformers+go+budora&condition=new
Actually we joke, but famed tf reviewer Ben Yee put him on his top 10 list of 2013 http://bwtf.com/articles/top10-2013
Also, you technically already had Takara figures, but you sent them back due to rust and battery leaks

Most TT dragons are cheaper now than when they came out. Look for them on amazon. Just search Transformers Go and look at the different selling options. I got 2 because the deals were just too good to pass up.

Ooh, which ones? I passed on the skystalker repaint cuz his face looked messed up. I would like the ripclaw and darksteel repaints (don't know their names), but am already tight on money cuz of CW, it's not an issue, I haven't regretted passing on them yet, I won't in the future; but thanks for the links, I will keep my eye on them

The biggest discounts are on the Darksteel redeco who is the price of a discounted voyager, and the GO version of Predaking. I found the vertabreak redeco for cheap once (less than 10$ but that might no longer be the case.

I was really interested in the transformation since it has a hinged sliding system in the legs. Amazon always does right by me and others so I'm not that worried.

If that is the case, what changed? Are they negotiating better prices/shipping/fees or are they willing to make less money instead of no money?william-james88 wrote:These prices are all quite impressive. They are barely above the MSRP. You guys think the importers are getting wise on us collectors importing stuff ourselves?
EDIT: Also the Hides of Iron preorder is up on BBTS as well at the same price as TFSource.

How is it "in stock on TRU.com" if your screenshot shows it isnt? It says it's available for in store pickup, but if your local store is out they're still out of stock.
My pre-order is processing as well, but this news post will be getting people's hopes up for no reason, since it is not (and never was) in stock.

Technically this was never in stock when the news post was made. If you look at the grey x on "ship to home", that means it's not in stock.
Those of you who thought you missed out on another chance to buy Starscream, you didn't. News crew made an error. This time it's not fair to be mad at TRU.
