New video from Activision: Making of Transformers: Fall of Cybertron cinematic trailer

Don't know the band that well but felt compelled to download this song after watching this trailer. It's been a while since I've heard a song more appropriate for the Transformers mythos, particularly this segment of history. References to it taking a lot more than "words and guns", and "joining hands as one" are pretty dead-on as far as the civil war of the Transformers goes.

If this much thought had been put into the recent movie soundtracks instead of the slapdash, pick-what's-hot-now approach, I might have bought them.

Oh, and a Voyager-class version of Prime would be great, Hasbro. Because Deluxe Bumblebee is too big. If we could get a whole line based off of these video game incarnations of characters, I think I'd have a new favorite collection.

They can't kill Bumblebee. He's alive in Transformers: Prime.

Both games use the same engine, near enough the same type of music and similar setting. I love GoW and I'm gonna love this...mainly for Bruticus

I'm a fan of the films, but this trailer (to me) feels like it's filling in what was missing from the films. In a way, it's a bit like how The Clone Wars gives you exactly what you wanted from the Star Wars Prequels!

Fantastic! This is how G1 Transformers should be done. I love how High Moon Studios use the source materials, see the potential and then make it truly epic.

Also in the making of video at a bout 2:15mins in there is concept of Perceptor on the wall and he looks amazing

Me or him? I know this isn't G1. It's the Aligned continuity which WFC, Exodus, Prime, Exiles, and FoC are all a part of. And, it's awesome.

lol I was referring to G1 Transformers the characters not G1 Transformers the continuity. I see how I shot myself in the foot there, so I'll correct that line;
