Chris Mowry, writer of the IDW Publishing series "reign of Starscream has updated his blog pertaining to the upcoming Reign of Starscream #4:
Just a quick update for you regarding Reign of Starscream #4. It was approved to print today by Hasbro and sent out to our printer in Korea. Can't guess at an in-store date just yet, but we should find out soon. First two weeks in August is what I'd say.
Mowry has also uploaded a single panel from the issue, to check out the image, head on over to his blog by clicking here.
