Courtesy of Cybertron.ca, we have interesting information regarding a handful of likely TRU Transformers exclusives. The stock keeping units (SKUs) have revealed the Canadian pricing for figures, including Masterpiece Acid Storm, Generations Metroplex and Masterpiece Soundwave. These prices will likely be shared with American TRUs, much like how the prices were shared for Masterpiece Optimus Prime and Thundercracker. Check out the list below.

Given the scale, Metroplex seems reasonably priced. (hell I paid just as much for Omega Supreme).

i knew the mps would be overpriced, hopefully soundwaves high price point will make it a shelf warmer and ill have time to save up the money. I am a bit surprised at metroplex only be $100, thought he was going to be $125 or more. Still going to pass on him though especially since soundwave is so damn much.

Metroplex was mentioned at Toyfair for $125. If TRU gets it, you can bet they will raise the price from $99.00 to $120.00 or higher like they did with the MP-10 Optimus. My store only got 4 total during Christmas and was selling them higher than the sku price of $99 so dont get to excited my fellow fans if your hunting for him at TRU.

Just grab the Takara version, there's enough Asia-based western oriented online stores that make it easy to do so.

$100 for Metroplex seems reasonable. There isn't that much to him. He has hollow legs, and not a lot of gimmicks for a titan.

Must be Canada only as they also got Yaer of the Dragon Optimus at retail, whereas we in the US had to go through online shops and pay shipping. I'll take brick and mortar over paying shipping anyday. When I can find figs I want in store and I have the money to get them, they are bought on sight.
I understand Hasbro wants to branch out to areas they normally don't but that's no excuse for making figures only they can buy at retail and we can't.

Most of my interest is invested in Metroplex. It can't come soon enough as far as i'm concerned.
99 bucks is a screamin deal. I foresee it getting a little more expensive though. The actual tag on the shelf will be in the 125 range. They like to gouge us Canadians.

Anyway, I'm guessing it's not been confirmed yet, but I'd reckon it'll probably be a TRU exclusive, given their being the only retailer to really take on these large-price, large-size items in the past. If so, it does mean more chance of getting it in the UK, but I really don't want to risk it, so would love it if the toy was available through some online retailers. Back on topic, Target and Kmart have known to range larger /import figures in the past, so perhaps we may see Metroplex through them also. Considering that they sel other toys dearer than $99, who knows if they'll range it or not.
