Site sponsor Robotkingdom dropped by to let us know they have listed their pre-order for Takara's upcoming Transformers Prime Arms Micron TRU Japan Exclusive Battle Shield Optimus Prime. The figure is a redeco of Arms Micron AM-01 Optimus Prime with additional Microns that form the Battle Shield. The figure is priced at $69.90 and scheduled to arrive in August. The Autobots Leader, Optimus Prime from Transformers Prime series is now releasing in a limited version.
It comes with 4 Arms Microns, 3 of them can be combined to the most powerful shield "CosmoTechtor" (コスモテクター)
The main figure is a completed figure, while the arms microns requires assembling.
Special Features:
1. Comes with a Paper Craft Container that can fit on both AM-01 Optimus Prime and this Battle Shield Optimus.
2. The Paper Craft Container can contain AM-02 Bumblebee Vehicle mode.

How the hell do you have a "TRU Japan Exvlusive" ??? So now toys r us is playing favorites ??? I didnt even know they had TRU. I thought "Toy World" was the big store in Asia.

Toys 'R Us is all over the world, dear, and they've had their fair share of exclusive items in Japan in the past, like Magna Convoy DX from Armada/Micron Legend and Sonic Convoy from Galaxy Force, not to mention all those lovely Micron giveaways.
