Being a strong, almost perfect representation of the animation model Grimlock gives of a sense of strength and power the defies its Warrior Class size. Transformation is simple and inventive making for a pleasurable experience in hand. This just might be the best figure from Wave 1.

Still holding out hope that there are Two different Voyager lines for Rid, one simplified for kids and one more complicated for adults. Like AOE had the Generations and simplified toys.

For some strange reason Bumblebee was the first figure to disappear from my local TRU in Peoria, IL. I've had these for a couple of days now and Grimlock is the most solid of the bunch with very little kibble. I wish he did come with a sword for the price. These are very very small figures...almost TF4 small or as small. That sucks. The figures from Animated, as a whole, were beefier and better designed. Grimlock should have gotten the Voyager treatment in this line...wouldn't care if transformation was exactly the same if he was bigger and potentially came with sword.

I have a bad feeling down the line they'll be repaints of some sort where Grimlock will come with a weapon of some sort since the hands are molded with 5mm ports
