The panel and new reveals may be over, but the coverage of San Diego Comic Con is still coming! Thanks to our (boss)man on the scene, site owner Seibertron, we have our gallery of images shown at the Hasbro Brand Panel! The gallery ranges from recaps of already-released figures, soon-to-be-released figures, and newly revealed figures, such as the Generations: Combiner Wars Aerialbots, Stunticons (whose leader, Motormaster, like Bombshell, has reclaimed his true name), and our first look at a handful of toys from the new Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015) line, including our first look at the Warrior-class (the new Deluxe-class) Bumblebee! The full gallery can be viewed here.

There's no way i would swap out these for my 3rdp combiners .

But there individual bot modes don't look that bad . i will pick these up to mess around with for there bot modes and keep the 3rdp in combined mode .

Motormaster pulls off the mold a hell of a lot better than prime . MM is a must buy .

Edit . Shame Breakdown looks like he's made of Lego , Still it's about time this happened .

those combiners look awesome but unless the prices drop im going to have to pass, it would cost me almost $85 for one gestalt. Thats not including the time & gas wasted looking for them. And i have the feeling that they are not full size deluxes. As for the rest theres nothing that stands out, RiD looks worse than TFP & AoE. strongarm looks ok but not a must have. And i see that they are keeping with the one step changers instead of bringing back legions, i hope that changes but i doubt it.

Don't take this as fact, but based on how they looked in the little clip, they're roughly Leader-class, more or less.

His right arm looks like a brown space shuttle and has a purple Decepticon hand so Combaticons confirmed?

Kinda annoyed that Wildrider has been completely replaced by a new character. So close Hasbro, but you just couldn't stick to the core team. I can get over Slingshot being renamed and given a helicopter mode, at least he still looks like Slingshot in bot mode, but Offroad is definitely not Wildrider.

Ooh, I am liking that Superion. A little odd that one of them seems to be a helicopter, now. But I suspect that won't be too hard to get over.

Powerglide being made into a sixth member who becomes a weapon is also a bit strange. (And also explains why, unlike most recent Legends, he doesn't come with a Targetmaster partner... He is one!) As long as it doesn't effect his individual modes, however, it shan't bother me.

Menasor looks a bit naff. Of course, maybe that's the fact that not too long ago I plunked down for the Fansproject version, talking. Although that head sculpt on the Hasbro one is kind of awful.

If Menasor and the recently announced Optimus Prime are repaints of each other, I wonder if that means that we might get Autobot based repaints of the other Stunticons, to make a new Autobot combiner? Almost seems foolish not to do that. If they do do that, I might give Menasor a pass and just get the Autobot version. Then I can continue to enjoy my Fansproject version, but at least own a version of the Hasbro molds to help assuage any lingering guilt over the fact that I'm ignoring my usual preference for official toys over third party ones when both options are available.

Do it, Hasbro! Let me have my cake and eat it, too! ;)

that bumblebee is actually pretty awesome. my only question is whether it has wrist articulation. I think I'll probably like the toys but dislike the animation models for the new show. More importantly, that one step changer decepticon is *ADORABLE* and I must have it. Who's a good widdle destroyer? yesyouare, yesyouare!

The G1 Slingshot was a VTOL aircraft, so this modern version maybe a reinterpretation of that.

That being said, They may pull a Generations Springer/Sandstorm with this mold, having it redone as Blades and Vortex.

For size comparison, I think someone needs to stand AOE Prime on FOC shockwave and there's your height.

Wrlp, there goes Tfcc Breakdown, also two Drag Strip figures. Cant wait for this.

And I love how a vehicle best described as a Gun with Wings is turned into a Gun with Wings. Still think he needs a Targetmaster for the targetmaster though

Some sneaky news from the SDCC 2014 Transformers panel, as the Hasbro News Twitter account took questions - for one hour - from fans during the preview evening, and are currently answering a selection of them. The first question answered concerns the possibility of more Generations Titans figure, after last year's Metroplex (and its SDCC 2013 exclusive counterpart!).

Metroplex was tied to the Fall of Cybertron game. Big character, big product & you guys love him.

We're always looking to do things that tie together with our great stories.

If you guys continue to love the great products we put out we're going to continue to make them!

The second answer addresses the return of fan-favourite Transformers: Prime Knock Out.

We always get lots of Q's abt everyone's favorite characters from #Transformers lore.

We look at Transformers and there’s 1000’s of wonderful characters to choose from each year.

We think about all the great fans of all ages from Rescue Bots fans to Generations fans.

So we try to balance the toy line each year to pick characters that fans of all ages will love.

(Someone hasn't been reading their IDW Publishing comics of recent..)

Third question is about more characters, Hot Rod and Blurr!

Hot Rod & Blurr – some of our favorites & great characters from our history that many know & love!

Each year we think about the stories we want to tell to Transformers fans of all ages.

We want to make sure we’re tying the product line with the stories being told.

We love to get fans’ feedback as we move forward and build new stories for all of our fans.

All of which sounds like the most non-committal definitely maybe answer in a while. But feel free to speculate away in the Energon Pub discussion boards: what do you think? Will we get more Titan Class figures? Would you like to see more of a particular character?

Folks, you do realize that Menasor in bot mode is how Optimus Prime is supposed to look? Just swap the heads and maybe some non important detail bits and there you go. While it's nice to see prime combined with the airealbots, since they have history together, I do hope we get something down the line that is more fitting powermaster prime.

Am I the only one thinking if they had swapped Breakdown and Offroad's colours and names, that would have made more sense? I mean Offroad looks kinda like Prime Breakdown, no?

And, are we not gonna talk about the legion sized Optimus for RiD? That design looks nifty! Voyager or leader of that please :D

You know what I'm thinking?

I think they're trying to be flexible with these combiners. For example, if there's to be a Bruticus (and I pray to God that there is one coming in the works; Fall of Cybertron Bruticus just will not do!), then they'll take Alpha Bravo/Slingshot and redeco him as Vortex, Offroad/Wildrider as Swindle (hey, it's vaguely military jeep-ish), a couple new molds for Brawl and Blast Off, and a new mold for Onslaught.

If this is the case, then I'm willing to forgive Wildrider being a truck.

Alpha Bravo seeming based on Vortex, Offroad might be based more on someone other than Wildrider. Looking at those with similar altmodes and who have robot mode designs similar to his, it's possible that might have instead been based on, of all bots, Ruckus!

Yeah, Hasbro didn't really answer those questions, and the one they actually did was a vague answer about the continuation of Titan-class figures.

I hoped someone at least mentioned Masterpiece Star Saber... I'd like to own him when he's released, but without paying import prices.

Yeah I can't see a domestic release for star saber, unless enough fans were vocal for it. I'm looking at importing anyway as it's really unlikely the UK would ever see a release.
