Cute idea and I do have to admit that I'm tempted to get a set just for the poster but I have no intention of seeing the 3D version of the new movie unless I can go all out and see it on the mammoth IMAX screen at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle. Otherwise it's just not worth the obscene prices they are charging for 3D tickets at the local theaters.

Got to agree with you there, aside from the Cheesy Nachos
Its a nice idea, but the cheapies at Vue problaly wouldnt like them, that said they'd probaly be selling em... £3 for a VIP seat as well?

Now if there was a Shockwave version too, I'd be sold.

Like if there's some kind of free movie ticket with a purchase thing or something.
I've kind of wanted to get a mask for sometime, so, we'll see.

Dude, use the Red and Blue lenses + Black Light bulb.
PM me afterwards. I want details.

Beware seizures...I'd be very concerned combining those colors...

I'll let you know what goes down, if I remember, haha.
Some strobe lights added in, with the plethora of "happy" things... "Dark of the Moon is the best yeeeeetttttttuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhh"

Response #1: Why would they sell a Shockwave version? It's not like he's in the new movie or anything...
Response #2: Given that 3D requires binocular vision, wouldn't a Shockwave version defeat the purpose?

I have enough of a hard time keeping track of whats going on on screen as it is. 3D ruins a film. What a shame. Really hope there is a 2D version too or I will be waiting for the Blu Ray.

I was thinking the same thing. Digging the black rubber.

Yeah. I don't have kids, but if I did, this would be a really cool thing to get them, and the price seems pretty reasonable.
