And... now it seems they'll be fooling me again. That Nemesis Prime looks amazing. And at least i won't be surprised by the mold this time

It's almost like the sticker is made to come off, they're pealing off in the package. If you look at that shot of Nemesis Prime leaning forward with the axe in front of him you can see it pealed up on the edges.

However, the 1st edition one was perfect. But you already know that. Abrilliant use of the Prime RID Optimus is the Ultra Magnus retool. If you don't already own Beast Hunters voyager ltra Magnus, you should consider the TAV version.

He's talking about the 2015 RID Warrior Class mold, not the 2013 RID Voyager Class mold.

IMO I think the these insignia's to this line are terrible. All that white surrounding both faction symbols is just an eye sore to me. The fact that most look like they want to come off should make removing them easier I hope.
Both UM and Nemesis look epic and I can't wait to order them when available...'nuff said!

Judging from your signature pic, the colours on the Hasbro version are more accurate to the Prime show, no? While the Hammer is way better, I prefer my hasbro colors. And they are far less light than what the images has them as.

Actually that's intentional: unlike Hasbro, TakaraTomy has put in security to prevent in-package in-store scanning, in the form of Dummy Shields. Peel them off to reveal the genuine Shield for scanning. Alfes2010 left them on to prevent scanning from the monitor, as the warning on every blog pertaining to Adventure says.
And this marks the third Nemesis Prime in the Prime series, after the MECH and Hunter ones. Is that a record?

It only depend if you already have the Hasbro original or not. For those who don't have the BH Ultrs Magnus, the price difference will not be that great so it may be worth it.

Very interesting. I wonder why Hasbro is loser about it?
Are the genuine shields stickers or tampos?

I guess that goes for the figures based on RID molds only, I don't have any of them. The ones made from Generations and Animated molds don't have anything under the stickers and they're just as ready to fall off as any others I've seen. This I've checked myself.

I don't get it. Is it supposed to be something special? I have Hasbro Strongarm, and TAV Bee, Steeljaw, and Junkion. All of them have the exact same sticker. The only difference is for the TAV ones, the circle around the faction symbol is multi-colors instead of just red and white.

The Japanese figures should have Dummy Stickers on top of the regular ones in order to prevent in-store scanning, if the sticker is readily accessible in package.

Oh, that. I cant show you because the packagings are thrown out. You know, when you unpack some figures and usually, the chest or something have an extra bit of plastic cover held by clear rubber bands? The TAV figures all have those, except there is a bigger dummy sticker on that extra plastic shell, hiding the toy's sticker.
When unpacking, you do like you usually do with all of your other figures. You opent it, and cut off any extra plastic covers, and you trash them along the rest of the packaging.

Ok, so for those curious here, could you post a photo of bumblebee and steeljaw to show those wondering how it looks when the packaging is removed? All the in hand images we get show those peeling stickers so it wold be to give an idea of how things actually look like.
I found an image of your toys in package:

I'n not gonna show Bee and Jaw, but here's a reconstructed unpacking of TAV Junkion. It's the same thing with the other figures. You better thank me and that I'm the greatest Seibertronian ever because I had to dig inside the recycling bin to provide these pictures.
And now, the dramatic reveal:
Feel free to steal my code, you rascals.
So... No one ordered any TAV figures yet? It should have been (relatively) common knowledge at this point. Plus the price difference between Takara and Hasbro is almost nil nowadays. There is almost no reasons for collectors to buy Hasbro RID toys, unless the TAV version is unavailable, like Warrior Optimus.

I asked that you just show us how Bee and Steeljaw look like right now, on your shelf. What they actually look like. Everyone sees "in hand" images of these with peeling off stickers, so I wanted to calm everyone down by showing them that once the package is removed (so in the trash never to be seen again), it doesnt look like they have stickers peeling off. Thats all I wanted. I already have your in package pictures anyway, hence why I showed those. I just didnt have any images of your toys once the packaging is removed. But I do thank you for your hard work. There are actually no in hand images of these toys without the fake stickers online.
Admit it. You just want to steal my codes...
I will never play the game anyway. As you see, the stickers are perfectly fine, like the Hasbro ones.

From what I can tell, the Shields between Hasbro and TakaraTomy are the same size, as the figures have molded indents to accommodate them, akin to G1's square rubsign indents. The dummy stickers are slightly larger, combined with them not being supposed to be on the figure resulted in them initially looking "off" and peeling.

Exactly. The dummy sticker is a great deal bigger, as seen here:

Don't get your hopes up The last one for Age of Extinction had:
- a swimming bag
- a folding frisbee
- a folding drinking bottle
- 2 key chains
All Transformers-themed of course.

I will answer why, because everytime we might, there is a huge backlash. Takara had gorgeous chrome on their figures for years. The takara classics seekers are superior to Hasbro's just because of it. We were clamoring for better deco and Generations Jetfire finally gave us a bunch of gorgeous chrome on bits that we could use to embellish our toy as we wanted (which means we could also display him without his weapons and thus without the chrome). But do the fans rejoice? NO. Instead there is a huge backlash. "Dumb Hasblow, thats not even close to being cartoon accurate, look at how smart takara was at not including chrome".
Another example? Ehobby does a bunch of expensive exclusives geared only at collectors with deep pockets and some are in really interesting and out there decos. Hasbro tries it out with their own exclusive G1 figures in decos that are totally left field homages (Platinum Astrotain and Blitzwing homaging the duacons and victory figures) and it sounds like they commit the biggest fault of the century. "Dumb Hasbo, no one wants these, what were you thinking, this is terrible".
So you could see why Hasbro is not keen on trying things that are too left field and trying to maintain a steady revenue stream y appealing to a younger audience and their parents instead of fans who are so hard to please (though I say they are totally rocking Combiner Wars on all acounts).
I can totally picture having these clear toys on the shelves:
"Dumb Hasbro, NO ONE asked for this"
"Clear plastic Hasbro? BREAKAGE ALERT!"
"Hey Hasbro, why are you making variants to toys which even the originals are worthless?"
"Lamest store exclusive ever! There isnt even any paint"
"No one wants these baby toys anyway"
"This size class should only be for figures who are actually small in scale, why is the Scout class dead?!"
And on and on. And fans are voting with their wallets too, its not just words (as I expect the Titan Devastator critiques to be). The last time Hasbro tried toys EXACTLY like these, it was the Dark Energon exclusives for the Prime line and as Cobotron can attest, the demand was so low that they are still available at deep deep discounts.Hasbro cant waste their time making toys like these.

Well if you like shiny clear toys, why not get the Dark Energon exclusives for the Prime line.
Also, the EHobby exclusives are always prohibitively expensive. The astrotrain/blitzwing set is going for the same price as their latest exclusive, CW Scourge. But one is Hasbro and the other Takarak, so everyone is screaming blue murder.
