The splinter thing sounds like the Allspark shard, and it sounds like Sam uses it like Sari on the SR-71.

Woot Jetfire and Arcee! And could "Wheelbot" possibly be Wheeljack :-? . Hopefully the earthmover is Scrapper (would be a no-brainer, but they tend to throw around names all willy-nilly nowadays), and is it just me, or would Twin Twist and Topspin make perfect ice cream truck twins?

I love the Movie universe's toys and characters. I can't wait for this sequel.

kinda makes sense why it would be found in the smithsonian then huh...

Anyone else notice on the call sheet, down at the description for the Smithsonian that Jetfire is a Decepticon?

As for "Wheels" it sounds to me like it could be Wheelie, cause on the call sheet it says he's "released from a box"? sounds kinda like he has the job one of those robots bomb squads use to scope out for bombs in buildings.

I also agree though that this "Splinter" sounds like fragments of the Allspark.

It may have, but didnt they also use it for the X-jet? or was that an SR-72 or something?

you may have read that incorrectly. The way it sounded to me was that they were searching for something decepticon related and that the scene involves jetfire.

On that note, you may even be correct. Need I remind you of the original appearance of jetfire in the good 'ol toon?

No one's saying it should be spoiler free. I agree with those who've voiced it in the past, that they should be handled accordingly.

What a closeminded point of view. That's absolutely ridiculous.

As far as spoilers go, I think people would be happy if it wasn't in the title of the news article. Spoilers are fine, provided there's ample warning and a person actually has to click into the news article/thread to read it and doesn't have it thrust into their eyes just by logging into the site.

Personally I don't care one way or another, just offering up my thoughts on the matter. As far as this little tidbit goes ... i'll wait and see how it's handled.

If they're using the SR-71, the someone needs to get their locations right. The SR-71 is at the Air & Space annex near Chantilly, Virginia, in the shadow of Dullus International Airport.

Then again, it's possible the crew did go to Washington and took the shuttle to Chantilly.
