SO WHEN I wrote the comment, Seibertron just took down the topic...lol

anyway, the TFC Devastator is huge too. it's like 13-14 inches or more in combined mode.

Sup Seibertron Fam. I typically order from bbts and they are terrific.
I'm new to the TF game and I wanted to try other websites to order toys from. It came down to tfsource and The Chosen Prime. Researched forums and found quite a few negative comments regarding tfsource. There were positive comments towards TCP so obviously I went with them.
TCP did not disappoint. Shipping from Arizona to here in Cali took no time at all. The tape they use to package boxes, is awesome haha! Packaging was pristine with bubble wrapping. I got a half opened, beat up box from HTS when I ordered from them. The experience with TCP was opposite. It's great knowing people still care about their work.
What really stood out was their customer service. I must have gave them a headache as I changed my order a couple of times. This all happened as they ran their booth at BotCon. They were totally accommodating and responded to my emails immediately.
