A character beloved by boys and girls alike might be killed by a character played by Lester Speight. If you wish to see for yourself, click here.

But wait, there's more! The film crew was also working in Gary India this past week, where according to diBonaventura "A very important piece of information is revealed in this scene," Is this related to the rumored death, or perhaps a scene of a different importance?

I knew this would happen. I knew Starscream was going to be killed in TF3 along with Megatron, Soundwave, Shockwave and all the other Cons. Seems the Autobots are much more dangerous then the Cons. As what, 3 or 4 Autobots died in the movies, (3 nobody cared for,) and the Cons drop like flies. I would just rather see SS be killed by an Autobot.

Really if you think about it, why are the Autobots on earth? The humans can handle the Cons with great ease.

Maybe that's why the Autobots should..."Go Home!"

Hell, they sould have an Autobot look around and say, "yeah, you guys got this under control you don't need us."

Still hope this movie kicks ass. And I am being very optimistic about this one, it's just that at times I see doubt on the horizon for this movie.

Well unfortunately, I believe this, while it may be a rumor....I think starscream dying is somewhat of a tradition :P

and if Lennoxs and a few F-22's can kill Blackout, And brawl, Who is was far more powerful...and The fallen.....And Megatron....And the list goes on. I wouldn't be surprised if Starscream is next

I'm quite sure Megatron and Starscream will finally be killed once and for all in TF3, but... seriously? The mighty Starscream is rumored to be downed by a human?! ............... Inconceivable. [-(
I mean, really? I do NOT want to see my favorite Decepticon killed in such a way. What bizarre, unfathomable universe have we entered?!

There must be several scenes missing from RotF, cause that movie made NO sense!

How about a human death? I'm not into blood and guts but I really want to see that awful Leo die or better yet just not be in any film ever again.

If they kill Starscream, I hope he gets plenty of screen time first.

TF's I want to see die are the Twins, Ironhide, Scalpel and Wheelie and any other crap looking TF I've forgotten about.

You would think someone would check that BEFORE posting spoilers on the front page.
The name Starscream is right there in the second line of text!

I`m serious, Starscream deserves better. If could call being killed by Megatron "better", so be it, but i DO NOT, repeating, DO NOT want him to be headshot by a filthy human!

I had imagined Starscreams death as being in a battle with Megatron; Starscreams evil spark becomes good, and he sees the logic in the Autobots fight for freedom. Therefore, he decides to take out Megatron himself, and they have a giant assault, whereas Megatron sadly ends up killing him.

But that is just my opinion. And if Michael Bay wishes to keep that promise he did, where he said this movie would be better than ROTF, he`d better not let Starscream die by the tiny insect hand of a human!

Hey it all makes sense now.. he's the dude who killed Optimus Prime back in 86?. I always knew Megatron wasn't that skilled.

I also have to say that I highly doubt this guy kills Starscream That would be more of a Galvatron thing. But then again if you think about it, movieverse transformers are "Bring the rain." easy to kill.

Jeez... setting up a good reputation for my favorite character only to have him die so easily... But it does make sense since we have not seen him in the final battle. :BANG_HEAD:

It better be an awesome blaze of glory, explosive awesome crazy, "Jamie wants big boom", insano, "Well, there's your problem right there!", death ray blast of destruction that kills him.

But, we'll get a machine gun, with a sabot round (*rolls eyes*), and one shot to the head and he's done.

Yay us. The audience and fans win. Oooh.

Does it really matter if Starscream dies? Let's be honest, it's not like he's been a well developed character in the films. I'll admit it, I wanted the G1 version-aspirations of leadership, desires to overthrow Megatron. What we got was more of a sniveling suckup. This SS deserves to be killed by a human.

yeah like starscream didnt command the decepticons while megatron was absent for countless centuries....... i mean think

should they kill off a character that has the potential to back stab megatron and just join the autobots?

they kept him alive for this long why not just keep him there

if he had died in the first movie, they could have done something where he comes back as a ghost and gets revenge on megatron( or who ever they had chosen to kill him) if they decided to kill him off

but now?

and a HUMAN

I expected Screamer to die, since we have the introduction of two new decepticons that look to have big roles. (SW and Shocwave, yes i realize SW isn't new). I just don't think it will be to a human. Whatever kills him, I bet he goes down early in the movie.

No real point in it considering this is the last part of the film trilogy. This is it, we're coming to the end of the line with this.

Yeah, but if it happens at the beginning of the movie... say the movie starts out where Starscream tries to overthrow Megatron, but Megatron delivers the fatal blow (not the human)and later on, depending on what exactly Shockwave's role is in the movie, he is resurrected by Shockwave.

it is a very stupid Idea to kill off Starscream considering he is one of the more popular characters and will probably sell more toys than say Skidz I honestly think that this rumor has some merit but I think Shockwave will be the one to kill Starscream and replace him at Megatron's second in command.another possibility is he could be severly injured and thought to be dead but then escapes he's done it before in the first film a F-22 fighter jet wounded him with a side-winder missle and he escaped in space it could happen again also Michael bay like before said he would leak out false information to throw us off so anything is possible as of now :CON:

Yeah. We can zerg-rush them and the movie-verse 'cons are weaker than most other Transformers. And it's pretty damned refreshing that humans aren't so 'puny' anymore.

So that means that 'Hardcore Eddie' is kind of like G1 Galvatron then. I think that it'd be cool if Movie Starscream has an immortal spark as well, which will be revealed in 'Transformers: Beast Wars, a Michael Bay film', in which one part of the movie sees a new version of Waspinator possessed by the immortal spark of Starscream! Here's a snippet of the script I got from the future:

Scorponok: So there you are!
Waspinator: Yes, here I am at very long last!
Megatron: What happened to your voice?
'Waspinator': Allow me to introduce myself. Air Commander Starscream of the Decepticon Invasion Force!
Terrorsaur: I saw it myself. The energy came out of the computer!
Blackarachnia: But you're ancient history!
Starscream: Ancient, yes. History, NO!
Scorponok: What's he talking about?
Blackarachnia: The Decepticons were our ancestors. For centuries, they warred with the Autobots.
Megatron: The ancient ancestors of the Maximals.
Starscream: And it was because of the Autobots that our planet of Cybertron was obliterated!
Blackarachnia: And you were destroyed! It's written in the ancient chronicles of Megatronia, our new homeworld!...and it wasn't the Autobots that destroyed Cybertron in the first place, it was-
Starscream: Enough! I was not destroyed! I fell defending the mighty Eddie, strongest of the Decepticons, even more powerful than Megatron! My exostructure was destroyed, but, miraculously, my spark endured, drifting helplessly through the depths of space, beyond the reach of time itself!

And a later scene, in which Blackarachnia and Starscream have a spark-to-spark chat...

Starscream: Perhaps I've been too oversensitive, Blackarachnia, but is there something you're not telling me?
Blackarachnia: (giggling) More like something you're not telling us!
Starscream: Such as?
Blackarachnia: (giggle) I scanned your file! You didn't get blasted to scrap-metal defending Eddie! You got blasted by him! And he...(giggle)...was a...HUMAN! The second-in-command to Megatron was destroyed by a pathetic human, not a bunch of Autobots! (laugh)
Starscream: (yelling) EDDIE HAD A POWERFUL ARSENAL OF PRIMITIVE EARTH WEAPONS DERIVED FROM MEGATRON HIMSELF! (calm) So, now you know my little secret.
Blackarachnia: (giggle)
Starscream: Then the question remains, why did you not expose me to Megatron?
Blackarachnia: (giggle) Because why should he have all the fun tormenting you? (singing)You were killed by a hu-man! La la-la la-la la! (laughter)

Sorry, I just couldn't resist!

No one is off limits in these crappy films except for maybe Prime & Bumblebee. Look at the last two movies and all the named bots that were killed off. Bay doesnt care about the characters so anything is possible. Plus this is probably the last film in the series so anything is possible. And if your worried that his death means no more Starscream toys i wouldnt be that afraid, hasbros still going to make toys even if he dies in the first 30 seconds since the name sells toys. And before any one goes and says "prime died in the 2nd one" as far as im concerned it wasnt death, he was just offline for 30min. A death is the character is gone for a full movie or half to a full season. Like G1 Prime he was dead.

if you watch the first film's after credits scene he flies through the upper atmosphere and into space my belief after reading Reign of Starscream is he returned to earth after this scene once the heat was somewhat off escaping into space for a short time would make him impervious to their scanners
