Filming dates for Transformers 3 at the Kennedy Space Center have been confirmed on September 19th through October 5th, via Florida's Space Coast's web site. They write the following on the filming dates:
Transformers 3 will be filming on the Space Coast in late September. Dates can change but the dates planned are September 19-October 5, 2010. The production office is seeking the following positions:
Catering
Craft service
Medics
PAs
Electricians
Grips
Set Dressing
Extras

I would love to be an Extra in this moive, since i live in Florida. But if it turns out like the second movie i would be very much not like it.

Considering that RoTF had to go to a dark place (like most 2nd acts) they put more jokes in the story. TF3 will be more down to which of the 3 sides will you choose?
