Seibertron.com member Albershide has stumbled upon an interesting video on youtube.com. Why is it interesting? Well you can guess by the title of this article that it reveals to us a new Decepticon vehicle. This may or may not be a new character, but many are guessing it is indeed, a new Decepticon.
The vehicle is an armoured bank truck sporting the faction symbol of the evil Decepticons:

But this is not the first time it has been spotted. This truch has already been spotted during the Milwaukee filming:
Being a part of a few different set locations could be an indicator that the Decepticon in question could have a significant role in Transformers 3.

It won't be Payload as in the character for the first movie line. Which is -good-, because that toy in the end is kind of crappy, due to the plunger sticking out of his back for the stupid claw gimmick.
However, that they're actually using the idea of a Decepticon as an armored truck in general is awesome! What better way to support the new war campain on earth by stealing money.... wait.
Since they DONT pay attention to 'expanded universe' stuff like non-movie toys, maybe this will be bayverse Swindle!

Swindle would be good. But I won't complain if they do actually put Payload in the movie. It's a great design and an awesome figure........from the front anyways.

more and more its looking like to me that Shockwave has altered spacetime and this is playing out around Sam and the autobots not understanding why the world is against them.

It is probably not a new Decipticon. More than likely this probably hints at some Decepticon-Human alliance with Patrick Dempsey being a Shawn Berger-esque character.

i agree with you i think it is either him or payload, if it is soundwave it would be a nice homage to animated soundwave also it refers to him being extemely hard to crack under pressureand his undying loyalty to megs

Actually the armored bank truck is the second decepticon vehicle that we've seen so far. I forgot about the one we saw with the Datsun.

Think! The sticker on the truck says "Superfund" what could that mean? Super...Supremacon! No, thats not it. Swindle? Maybe because he needs some SUPER expensive FUNDS for his arms dealing company. Or maybe thats the name of his company. Payload maybe. Because funds and PAY have somthing to do with money right? Its a connection! Super could be the LOAD that hes carrying. The super refers to his load! But its all backwards. Super Fund, Pay Load. Super=Load Fund=Pay. Its the perfect crime! They're trying to trick us, but I found the flaw in their plan! If you simply twist the words around...FundSuper!!! PayLoad!!! It makes perfect sense! We found the truth!

Even tough we don't know what Bay might come up with, but still, Soundwave doesn't quite seem a type of Decepticon to take Earth's alt-mode.

Swindle sounds reasonable but i'd be happy if it was Payload and they began a trend of introducing toy only characters like Payload, Incinerator and Wreckage.

The armoured truck was seen being filmed in Milwaukee. The "Superfund" reference may be because the art museum up there had a fake company name of "Hotchkiss Gould Investments" on a sign out front. The black and red helicopter seen flying over Chicago was on the ground in Milwaukee and had the letters HG on the side too.

Soundwave was also in TF1 as a satellite. Blackout needed some one to send the intel he stole from that American military base. As for which bot the bank truck could be, Swindle might make sense.
