A transformer that can't be transformed or posed. What's the point? Unless it's got the most epic pose ever and is loaded with insane amounts of detail, I don't see why anyone would want a frozen un-posable statue of a TF.

The fact that it's $120 makes it even more ridiculous. Wouldn't you rather have $120 worth of actual OP figures?

Wow that looks like an up-scaled version of the Heroes of Cybertron line Optimus.
If I want to drop that kind of cash on a Optimus Prime statue there are better ones to choose than this.

I second the "what's the point?" opinion. For the same price you can get a Masterpiece Optimus, which is much more detailed. This statue has a "help, I'm stuck in this pose!" feeling.

Gets a big "meh" from me.

I can buy quite a few 'bots for that amount of money. Bots that actually, ya know, Transform.

That's not to say that statues can't be good. It's just that this one, quite frankly, isn't. It looks kiddie.

If I hadn't been told it was 12 inches I'd have guessed it was 4 or 5 - it just looks small, maybe it's the chunkiness. Why do we need one of these if we have MP Prime? It beats the statue in every way, including price.

Oh, haven't you all heard?
Hasbro has decided to follow Mattel's 2001 MOTU business model.
They'll make so little of the Toy Fair stuff that it will all be nearly impossible to find, then will discontinue the actual toys in favor of Transformers third party "staction figure" statues! :P
