The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole.

I like it when a Mosaic gets me interested enough to look up the character's original bio.
For anyone else who also needed a refresher:
" Let my fellow mechanical beings go! "
He sometimes has his mind stuck in low gear, believes 55mph, speed limit is infringement on rights of cars. Garages are prisons to him... doesn't understand Earth machines are not alive. Goes 180mph, range 600 miles. Uses ferrocobalt magnet under hood to be pulled by and within a few feet of other vehicles, reducing his fuel use to near zero. Prone to overheating.

Didn't realise the toy had a remolded head too - thought it was just a repaint. That's kinda cool.

Nice one. I always felt that Tailgate never got enough airtime. His quirky trait makes him such a liability. I would love to see a more about this character.

All the 86 mini vehicles except for Wheelie were repaints with new heads. Although some were more extensively reworked. Outback had new hands and new head, Hubcap had the spoiler removed, and Pipes head was repositioned making the transformation different.
Anyway a nice little mosaic.
