Greatest Mosaic Ever.
Destructive Interference in a Physics terms is when two wave opposite of each other in phase interact, flat-lining each other. I clearly think the title of the mosaic relates to that. Not only is the interaction between G1 and Energon Soundwave freaking awesome.. I just might have to buy the two figures just so I can do that in person.

I personally like the way it digs at how Energon Shockwave is an inferior toy to the G1 version.
At least, that's how I read it. G1 Shockwave for Universe 3.0!

Shockwave's speech pattern is pretty Omega-like, but it reminds me of how Simon Furman sometimes wrote Shock's dialogue in the 80's comics ("Hypothesis: blah-blah." "Interrogative: blah-blah.") Perhaps the pattern is a reflection of that. Also, it sort of fits for a character often described in source material as a dispassionate computer on legs.

Why does Shockblast always get the short end of the stick? He was one of the few good characters we got out of Energon. He was cold, cruel, fearless, and an overall awesome character. Then they had to go a ruin his character by changing him from Zech Merquise into the first dub Vegeta. Why?
And his brother Six Shot faired no better. Talk about one of the most underappreciated Decepticons of all time.

Couldn't agree more.
I got immediately the same feeling! I remember he used this speech style for Shockwave during Civil War 2 and during/after the big battle against Unicron.

Me too, and I can picture Shockwave doing something like this. Ha! I wonder what Marvel Shockwave would think of the G1 cartoon Shockwave! I bet that would be the first copy of himself that he would take offline.
I liked Shockblast from Energon way better than G1 cartoon Shockwave. Marvel Shockwave FTW.
