Play.com and Amazon.co.uk both have listings for an upcoming 6 disc boxset re-release of Transformers: Robots in Disguise in the United Kingdom. The Amazon listing shows a release date of Dec. 1, 2008. According to information acquired from TheTransformers.net, the set will be formatted to Region 2 PAL and released under the Jetix brand. Don't let the Region 2 formatting get you down though!
