We have a couple of quick voice actor updates for the Hub's two current Transformers series Prime and Rescue Bots.
First, TV Guide has updated their listing for the upcoming episode of Transformers: Rescue Bots "The Other Doctor" to reveal the voice of Dr. Morocco, Tim Curry!
Next, Nolan North recently appeared on the podcast of fellow voice actor Rob Paulsen and mentioned working on the "Transformers show" with Frank Welker, Peter Cullen, and Steve Blum. We already know that North will be voicing Cliffjumper in this Fall's Transformers: Fall of Cybertron video game.

So it could turn out that Dr. Morocco is actually KiloKahn?!
Given the technology aspect, that'd make more sense than Skull Master.
Is the name Morocco a pun off something too? A real or pop-culture doctor named after another country?
Or maybe it just rhymes with Doctor Zhivago/Chicago?
I was still holding out hope for Doctor Arkeville, despite two Christopher Lloyd homages in the same show being unsupportable.
Yes, Ultimate Doom came out before Back to the Future, but it still would be, sorta...

Ah, man! I read it wrong at first and thought Tim Curry was going to be in Transformers Prime. Guess I better start watching Rescue Bots. Man, how awesome would it be if Tim Curry was in Prime?! He could play the mad doctor/scientist that transplants Silus's brain into Breakdown's body ala RoboCop 2.

I'm very interested to see who Nolan North voices in Prime. Could it Shockwave to the disappointment of many? I'm hooked on portal2 right now due to the steam workshop, but maybe he does something small and annoying like the space core.

When does Shockwave talk in WFC? I've only heard him talk in the gamestop commercial but that was Corey Burton.

You can hear a sample of his voice (along with the other WFC voices) here. Granted, it doesn't sound very good here, but the exclusive content for FOC that was shown at BotCon showed that Shockwave sounds WAAAAY better in FOC than he did in the DS WFC game.

Hey gang. Not sure if it's legitimate or known yet, but Nolan North's wikipedia says he will voice Bruticus and Cliffjumper in FOC, and Sideswipe in Prime.

I also saw a couple months ago on wikipedia that wheeljack will join team prime and get sierra as a companion but again, is was not cited and that bit is no longer therelol
