Jim Sorenson has once again updated his blog Disciples of Boltax with a request; that the Transformers fanbase help him decide what content should be included in the upcoming Transformers: Animated Allspark Almanac.

Jim is the man responsible for both of the Ark Compendiums released by IDW Publishing.

You can read his full request below:

I'm plugging away, writing The AllSpark Almanac guide to Transformers Animated. I wanted to get some feedback on a few issues.

1: I'm going to be interviewing some of the people involved in the writing and art for the show. What sort of questions would you like me to ask? Is there anything specific that you've wanted to know about how the show was put together, or details about the show you wanted clarified?

2: I'm going to have a few pages for production elements - things like sketches, lighting, early concepts, storyboards, music. What are you most interested in seeing?

Let me know, I want to produce the book that you guys want to read. Jump over to my blog at Disciples of Boltax and shoot me a comment.

So if there is anything that you would like Jim to include in the Allspark Almanac, please head on over to Disciples of Boltax and leave him a message.

I would love to know how they come up with the G1 hommages, lke if they say "I want this to be in there" or if they just think of them as they go along alla "Hey wouldn't it be cool if we did this?"

Also I would be very interested in seeing any concepts that eather didn't make it into the show or that ended up being completely different in the show.

Also I would like to know what their reaction is to the fan reaction the show has generated.

Front Paged, hopefully you'll get some good responses.

Personally I'd love to see some of Eric Siebenaler's sketches from his sketchbook he had while in Australia, some really cool Hot Rod designs in there, and any other concept art that shows any changes made in the Characters design process like what Derrick Wyatt has occasionally posted on his blog.

A detailed timetable showing how long each step in the process of going from episode concept to airing a televised episode of Transformers Animated takes would be interesting to see.

I'd love for there to be various sketches of the character models from different angles, and multiple shots of each characters face showing a range of emotions.

Timeline:

There should be a historical timeline provided for the TF:A continuity. Though not part of the G1 continuity family TF:A does mention a great war. Presumably there was also a golden age before that war, and also some turning point/battle near the end of that war that cause Megatron and the rest of the 'cons to be banished from "their rightful home" of Cybertron. Was the Elite guard formed pre, during or post great war?

Faction Rank Chart:

Another good idea would be like a corporate chain of command chart, but for the Autobots and Decepticons. This will show rank and divisions clearly. Particularily, this will also include new TF:A definitions of terms like "Prime" which we understand differently in other continuities.

I think that characters like Trypticon and Sideswipe or Tracks should be added as characters in season three as A giant Dinosaur who can transform into a tank, a base, and a robot. The Autobot cars should be like ninjas with laser swords and knives and other sweet weapons to make a special squad of ownage. Speaking of which, I think the 'bots or 'cons should modify the headmaster into a lightweight machine to function like G1. Less of a head controlling a body.

Ask if Snarl and Swoop will ever actually get lines other than "WAAAGH!". They are dinobots, not orks.

I just want to know why Prowl became a Space Bridge maintenance bot. He's the only one that I don't understand why he was part of Optimus' team.

Timeline.

Sketches.

What are the Autobot Ranks?

Are there other Decepticons out there, besides Starscream that could challenge Megatron for leadership of the Decetpicons? (i.e. like Galvatron and Scoropok)

Can they get rid of Sari and the SUV supervillains?
